[Resolved]  Vodafone — caller tunes

there was debited my prepaid account for caller tune selection and monthly rental for caller tune but no more replies clearly
i need my favourite song as a caller tune asper sent message

My No is [protected] and I had requested for a CT (MY BIGGEST BLUNDER) but I was given a different one -which was so shabby that it just shatters my image & status - I did battle for 11 days with 141 and on mobile -finally a Customer Care staff was on line and I lodged a complaint which was registered - He assured me for cancelling my CT - but 15 DAYS thereafter the date - The CT has not been cancelled - and above all there is a prompt message recd. today for deducting some charges for my CT, despite less balance available. COULD ONE HONEST PERSON AT VODAFONE HELP ME IN REMOVING MY CT - I have not been able to give my No. yet to my friends only because of dirty incoming caller tune. Please help within 2 days orelse I have a solution GANPATHI BAPPA MAURYA and drown the sim at some TALAO. God bless

I have subscribed Caller tunes on my mobile for the pleasure of those who call me.I have paid for this service.
but instead of the Caller tune my friends are surprised with the
advertisements of Vodafone caller tunes.
I have paid to consume caller tune services not to advertise vodafone services.
This is violation of the promised service and hence breach of trust of the consumer.

i think above told argumnt is purly n we r'nt paid 4 ur adds. pls stop ur rascal types of business. u ppl give only wat we wants instead ur adds in wich we r nt interested

Yeah the same happened to me, i paid for this service and they played vodaphone adverts over my phone as well, contacted them several times and it took approx. 2 weeks for them to change it. Complete Chancers. Ali @ www.patlabel.co.uk

fully agreed. These vodafone guys are a real . first they will attract you towards something and then they will give u something else and then not change it or cancel it and go on billing you. this is the cheap way of earning money. I hate such kind of thing. they brag a lot about the services and network etc...

my moblie no is [protected] today they have deducted Rs. 30/- for caller tune I have not activated and selected any callertune and don't want and i am not able to speak to executive regarding this. I want my money back

i recharged my number with rc50. then i got rupees 46 in my phone.i registered for sms pack of Rs 5 but i dont get my messange pack. then i call to 111 but they hold my phone and then disconnect my phone. then they start cutting my balance from phone. they start chat service and callertune. i neither said to them for that nor i send any message to them. they make my balance -20 RS . THEN after 5days i rechare my phone with RS 20 after 1 day they again subtract my balance with some services .and now my balance is RS -1.i dont use any services. the name o[censored]r employ is nitin, ajay . but there are two more but i forget their names .my number is [protected]. i want my balance back..

a song name 'LIKE A STAR' was my caller tune for last 4 mnths...
and a 2-3 weak back by mistake i pressed star and my callertune was changed...
but now i wish to put that old callertune agagin...
but now due to some problem i cant put that caller tune, , ,
on your website code has been given, but when i msg that code to 56789, reply comes back ENTER VALID CODE...
and i want that song desperately as my caller tune...
all the subsciber has that song... even the reliance GSM HAVE THAT...
please help as soon as possible... otherwise this problem will force me to change my no...

Dear surjeet, I have two voda fone no 1 is [protected] & 2 is [protected] .Mycomplen about 2nd no. .I am not activat any type of valu add service .Rs 30.00 is deducted from my main balanc on D 27.3.11..
