[Resolved]  Vogue Magazine — not received the subscription

I ordered a 1 year magazine subscription via Vogue India's website on 21st Feb'10. I made a credit card payment online on their website of Rs. 960. The same reflects in my card statement. But till date I have not received a single issue and neither the free gift advertised on thier website. I have made end number of calls and sent emails but have not got any response. They asked me to scan my credit card statement in order to ascertain the payment made to them. Now I am fed up so pls help me get the amount reversed back to my account.

VOGUE — Complaint against shopkeeper

Respected Sir,

I am writing this complaint to you to make your attention towards a small city i.e., SAHARANPUR.
I am a regular customer of SONY ELECTRONICS from past many years. I have purchased many items from this shop and never had any problem yet.
Yesterday, my Fan was not working properly and when i checked it by a nearby mechanic, he says that the fan regulator is not working properly. Then he puts out the regulator from the switchboard and i was shocked seeing the next thing.
The manufacture date on that regulator was printed to be APR 2009, but the date of purchase written by the shopkeeper was 28/03/09 i.e., 28 march 2009. He also provided a 6 months replacement warranty on that but unfortunately it was over just before 6 days.
Today when i went his shop to confirm all these things, he says that the purchasing date is 28/03/2008 and not 28/03/2009.
I was really shocked to hear that and i asked him, 'HOW CAN YOU SALE A PRODUCT BEFORE ITS MANUFACTURE DATE?'
He has no answer about this question and he also refused to replace that.
I mean, what is this? is he making fun of all customers?

Now my only request to you is to please make some urgent and strict action against this person so that these things won't happens again in the future.
I can also produce the regulator at any moment you say, as i am also sending you the pics of both manufacture and purchasing date as a small proof.

Hi Everyone,

I am a resident of flat No K-45 Ridgewood estate, Phase 4 DLF, Near Galleria Market, Gurgaon staying there from the last 8 months. I took the decision to stay in Ridgewood Estate just because of Security. Security was my only concern. I am very unhappy with the DLF as my Bike got stolen on 1st of June 2010 from the parking area no K-18 below the building inside the campus at 3 PM where around 200 guards take care of security. No action has been taken by Police and DLF Security as the FIR was lodged on the same day itself, FIR no 212 in Sector 29 Thana, Gurgaon. I called several numbers of times to DLF Security but no one gave response and disconnected the call. I waited for the police to come till now and now it’s the time to make aware people about the DLF societies is no more a safe place to live. I would request you to please forward my request to the concerned people to necessary action to take place. You can contact me at [protected]@gmail.com .

Also, I requested the president and Vice president of the society to take care of the issue. They just sympathized once and nothing has been action so far .

I have also requested people through other means to take care of their transport means and house equipments themselves as there is no more safety in DLF societies and flats.

It’s been 25 days now. I am without the transport. I am aware how much it is difficult to live without transport.

Hi,

I'm a subscriber of Vogue and I must say that it was a terrible terrible decision. I subscribed by the end of May 2010 and my first issue would be July's. Ever since I subscribed, I have had to call direxions to remind them that my issue is due for that particular month and they would send it by the end of the month and what is worse is that it would reach me in tatters. And, I still haven't received my magazines for the month of Sept, Oct & Nov 2010. I was promised that the Vogue beach kit and Kaya Skin clinic coupons, which is the subscription free gift, would reach me in August. Well, it still hasn't. I call direxions and nobody answers the phone!!! They've changed their venue during the meantime and I ring the new number and I have spoken to one Ms. Zoya several times and every single time I have had to reiterate my complaint like I was talking to someone new. What the hell????

It is such a pity but honestly, VOGUE sucks!

VOGUE — Free Gift Not received

I subscribed to Vogue and was said that I'd receive a free Neutrogena Gift hamper free. The billing year ends with Feb 2011, and I still haven't received the gift. Even worse, they do not respond to complaints about it.

I've also contacted them on having my personal details changed. No response on that either.
