[Resolved]  Volkswagen — Fraud & substandard car

Dear sir,

I have been complaining to VOLKSWAGEN on various issues in my car POLO HIGHLINE purchased on 8th Feb'12 from S.Delhi Volkswagen Dealer and their after the problems has been still unresolved and currently the car is stationed at W.Delhi Volkswagen dealer where the service engineer and the RBM has visited and confirmed the issues that are there in the car. However they are not responding to the queries as manufacturing defect or designing defects which has been confirmed by S.Delhi Volkswagen service center during my initial visits to them for the problems which i had in my car.

It has been just 10 months that i had purchased the car and till date my car has visited 6-8 times the service center for the same problems. They have showed readiness to provide additional 2 yr warranty on my car because of the problems which where their, however i am not interested now in taking that car back as the engine has been opened and parts have been replaced in the same.

I am attaching the entire files of communications which i have done with VOLKSWAGEN for your reference. Need your support & help to curb this menace of cheating INDIANS by MNC's.

The communication files are too large to be attached. Once you get in touch i will provide the same to you.

I want complete reimbursement of my car with the interest and the financial loss which i have incurred in getting my vehicle to normal conditions.

this is regarding my complaints to icici bank for my car loanaccount noLADEL[protected] THAT I WAS TOLD THAT MY AMOUNT IS SETTLED IN ONE LAC TWENTY THOUSAND RS AND A LETTER HAS BEEN GIVEN ME REGARDING THAT AND I PAID D.D FOR THAT AND THEN I WAS GIVEN A RECEIPT FOR THE RECEIVING OF THAT NOW SINCE I HANE TO SELL MY CAR AND I AM ASKING FOR THE NOC BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING AND I AM NOW SICK OFTHIS AND TIRED OF REQUESTING THEM . ICICI BANK HAS ALL THE RECORDS OF GRABBING MONEY FROM CONSUMERS AND THEN HARRASING THEM SIR I NEED MY NOC AND PLEASE NOTE IT DOWN AS A FRAUD CASESO AS TAND PLEASE HELP ME FOR THAT OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO HIGHLIGHT IT IN THE MEDIA THAT HOW BIG FRAUDS CAN BE EXPECTED FROM ICICI BANK

My Car — Fraud & poor service

This is to bring in notice the poor services given to the customer of Maruti Suzuki. On January 1, 2011 I booked “Swift Desire VDI” (white) at My Car 3rd Floor, Commerce House, 7 Race Course Road, Indore - 452 001. The General Manager Mr. Amit committed me the delivery of the car in one and a half month and also gave me a written commitment to deliver the car in 13 to 16 weeks. He also said me that if I have some approach or a jack it can be delivered in 1 week or in 15 days. Unfortunately, I did not get any response till 31 March 2011. When I gave a call they asked me to deposit hard cash & get the delivery. Whenever we visited the showroom to see & speak to Mr. Amit we found him busy always. On 16 April 2011 I got a call saying that if I can book Maruti ZEI (silver) instead of Maruti VDI (white) & deposit a hard cash, I can get the delivery of the car immediately. So, on 16 April 2011 I deposited a hard cash of Rs. 8 lac 14 thousand only & the receipt number is: REC 11000429. When we asked about the car they said it is in transit & they were not aware of it, so they committed the immediate delivery, so it will take a week more to deliver the car. In the meanwhile I financed Rs. 6 lac 90 thousand only from Punjab National Bank. Again on 26 April 2011 I visited the showroom & paid a hard cash of Rs. 8 lac 14 thousand only at the showroom & they promised me to deliver the car on 27 April 2011. On 27 April 2011 I was there in the showroom sharp by 5pm & waited till 7pm. They handed over me the car in dark, out of the showroom which had a dent of about 3 to 4 inch in length, on left fender. When I asked about the same they replied me that this is the same product you booked, so, now you have to take it & it can be repaired. When I denied to take it with me, the Direct Sales Executive Shailendra Shrivastava misbehaved with me & forced me several times to take it.
It’s my humble request to the authorized person of Maruti Suzuki to take some strict action against the customer service staff, showroom staff & the sales staff who are spoiling the image of the brand & delivering a poor & unacceptable service to the consumers.

Volkswagen — after sales service

As per our previous complain,Mr. Hasmukh (sales) came to me n offered me cash of Rs.600 being difference of excess amount charged for accessories.(as per contract form,contract no:1686 Rs7800 and my ledger account Rs.8491)



i hvnt acceptd d same bcoz his words 4 d same wer 'm givin d amt frm my pocket bcoz of d mistake made frm Mr. Jayesh (sales)' so i dnt want any type of donation/charity frm d company or any employee of d company.



so my request is to please issue cheque for d difference amt of accessories n insurance being Rs.691 n Rs.443 respectively.

Volkswagen — There a Diesel label and barcode on petrol car

There is a diesel label inside the fuel lid for petrol car. When ever i visit fuel station there is an objection from the executives by seeing that label while filling the fuel.

Volkswagen — starting problem

hi i purched a vw jetta before three years but from the last three year i suffered from a problem starting of engine
but the company will not solved the problem and not ready to change the car.my car number is GJ-2AP-7117
