Is the CAR company or The dealer taking the costumer for granted

Hi ,
I have a white colour polo trend line MH 46 N 3960 which I had brought from ksm motor chembur Mumbai . Only for my 2 daughter to drive them to school which is 20 km away from my home . I was very much happy with the performs of the car even my family use to like to drive in the car i have a BMW 3 series for me . I have given my car for second service at shaman motor lalbaug workshop Mumbai . During my second service I had inform the attendant that my front door right hand side door lock Is not working and the doors cannot be opened from inside or out and the hazard switch was not working .during that service they informed me this both part for the door and switch were not available so they informed me that they have ordered for the same and will take some time they did a temporary solution and replaced the right lock with the left lock but 3 months from then they didn't called me for reply
One day my driver didn't came I went to pick my daughter from school at 5 pm We drop them at 7.30am morning when I picked them up I came to car and found to my horror that the right door not opening now the left was already closed now the right which was fitted was also not operational now I was blank my daughter were hungry I want to drop them home get them fresh and had to send the to tuitions I call the the car attendant at service station on his mobile number for guidance he said that the attendant for ANY TIME service is not replying I have to wait I waited for his call no reply I tried to open the car but was not possible because as it is central lock I was not able to open the door I tried to remove the right small quarter glass at back but while removing it got broken I opened the back door and got into the car I drop my kids home and left the car home I dropped the car next day to the service station in the morning and was told the lock has not yet came so will inform me by evening they didn't called I had to call and was told please call tomorrow when I called next day they said the lock is not available and has to be ordered from Germany and will take one months time
I said just fix up the glass and give me I will get back when the part comes they said I have to pay Rs3000 for same I said then fix the car and I will take it that time now it is almost 2 months and have not received the car till now i have to drop my kids i my BMW as my BMW is drive only by me and my wife and no driver they say the part is not arrived
Last week i was going out of town I called the attendant for my car I requested him as I am going out of town no one will be there to drop my kids to school so please give me my car he said the part has came but the existing lock fitted to the door is not coming out I told him is it a rocket science to be sent on space even though no reply . In that condition my father has to drop my daughter in auto richshaw to school in this winter I came back but still no delivery no reply
Is the CAR company or The dealer taking the costumer for granted I have to pay a monthly EMI of Rs 12500/- from my salary of Rs 60000 for car lone is the company going to pay me for 2 months car parked at there dealers work shop with out any reason as no part available is not my responsibility as it is manufacturing defect which is covered under warranty I have to drop my kids in my BMW which means and additional expense on fuel how is going to bare all this expenses and mentally torture and they don't even have the curtsies to call Is this the COSTUMER service you provide

SO I REQUEST YOU TO PlEASE GIVE MY CAR .PlEASE NOW I AM TIRED

    Dear all,

    I bought vento Automatic, in jan 2013 in bangalore from apple auto,it's hardly month old, since I bought there is a loud noise coming from the rear of the car when ever the car passes a speed breaker at 20kph some times even at 15kph.Apple Auto in bangalore are hopeless and they are just interested in a sale and after that they just ignore you. I have given my car to them to loom into the problem and for last 10 days the car is with them and no update from them regarding the same and finally they say the car is alright and all the cars of VW make a loud noise from the rear when they pass the speed breakers. I just can't believe them and I have driven lot of makes and models but never experienced such thing.not to mention how pathetic their toll free number service, it's just an eye wash as far as resolving problems are concerned.
    All bangaloreans pls avoid apple auto like hell.

    Its my new car vento i have told my volkswagen company about my problem and they havnt done any thing about it and are not in touch with me they just want they sell there products thats it i am feed up with it and going to take a legal action.... contact me as soon as possible..

      Images of the all-new Volkswagen Vento have just been released in India for the new model that is slated to hit India's roads later this year. It's essentially a sedan version of the recently launched Polo hatchback, sharing its platform, and is also a twin of the Polo sedan that was launched this week in Russia.

      Specifically designed for India, the Vento will be tailored for the local market and carry the Volkswagen DNA of German engineering. The sedan will be manufactured in Volkswagen's state-of-the-art plant at Chakan, Pune.

      The Vento will initially get two engine options — one gasoline and one diesel. Both these engines displace 1.6 liters and both produce 105 horsepower. Sadly, there are no plans to introduce a TSI engine. The direct-injection and turbocharging hardware in a TSI motor is proving too costly for a sedan in this lower price category. Both gasoline and diesel versions will come with five-speed manual transmissions initially, but a DSG box in the top-end diesel may be introduced at a later stage.

      Both the saloon (Vento) and the hatch (Polo) are similar up to the B-pillar, except for the blacked-out headlamps that will differentiate it from its hatchback sibling. The Vento's rear section or third box is well integrated with the body. The wheelbase has been extended and the roof doesn't taper down as sharply as in the hatch; changes that give more head- and legroom inside.

      Equipment levels are expected to be higher than in the Polo and the top-of-the-line version could get some of the features from the Jetta.

      With its authentic and elegant design coupled with innovative features and driving dynamics, VW is hoping the Vento will set new benchmarks in its class and act as a key brand pillar for the company to stimulate its growth in the country. In fact, India is one of the most important markets for the Vento, and the German company hopes to sell 25,000 units every year once production is in full swing.

      dear sir ,
      I have book volkswagan vento 1.6 dated : 18-8-10 at baroda show room name " AUTOMARK MOTORS PVT.LTD , VADODARA and given Rs. 75000/- vide ch no : 818891 axis bank ltd. vadodara. they said that delivery at[protected]month Book by Mr. Girishbhai S.Jansali but today 9-10-10 but they are not to agree to delivery on 18-10-10.
      Our planing of dipawali with family tour with buy new car but till i am helpless so what can I do for this ?

        MUMBAI, India — Volkswagen India plans to launch the redesigned VW Polo hatchback in the first half of 2010.

        At a recent event, Neeraj Garg, director of VW Passenger Cars, said the Indian automotive market "holds a special position in our strategy, and going forward we will launch the Polo hatchback by early 2010."

        Test runs have already started for the Polo at company's Chakan plant near Pune. Based on the test results, this mass-market compact will be made available to Indian buyers once the final alterations are done.

        The Polo has also been spotted testing on Mumbai roads, indicating the car is on the final phase of pre-production evaluations.

        VW India has registered substantial growth in sales compared with last year, and it hopes to take the numbers to 3,000 units for the current year — nearly double the 1,566 units it sold in 2008.

        VW India introduced its first offering, the Passat, in September 2007, followed by the Jetta in July 2008.

        I need to share the initial experience with reaching to the dealer to book the new Polo.
        The booking process requires us to pay 50000/- (Fifty thousand) to get delivery after 4 months for Deseil varient.
        Hope this information is published by VW advertisements in the media, as consumers definately calculate the interest lost for 50K for 4 months.
        There are alternate ways to get confirmation of the booking by post dated cheque or other bank guarantees than customers loosing the interest and dealers making money.

        I am thinking of droping the idea of booking as of now.

        I had booked Chevrolet Beat LT Model - Green color from Kun Automobiles, Hyderbad on 28th February 2010 with 2 weeks delivery commitment. However, after 2 weeks Showroom starts telling delivery can be made after 45 days only as there is no stock.
        Then I cancelled booking of Chevy Beat and booked VW Polo 1.2 Trend Line model from Orion Motors Hyderbad on 13th March 2010 with an advance amount of Rs. 50,000 and delivery commitment of 4 weeks. Now, after 4 weeks also car is not delivered to me. Even dealer is not in a position to commit any revised delivery date. Now, they are asking me to purchase VW Polo 1.2 Comfortline higher version with Rs. 60000 extra. As that model can be delivered fast. Now, the situation is something like I have done mistake by booking the VW Polo 1.2 Trend Line model.

        This is the way VW can't do good business in India when competition is so tuf.
        Its really surprising that the dealers themself dont know anything about when they are going to get the black color or the other color options, when enquired they are unable to commit anything. VW should take the things seriously because there are many rumors going around regarding technicall problems in the car, cars being exported to get the cost benefit and depriving the indian buyers, if that is the case why do business in india. But never expected such a response from my dream company like VW, then how will one trust them for after sale service. I have booked the car in march and same as others waiting waiting and the delears dont respond the calls, because they have no information to share or something they dont want public to know.

        Sir,
        I am displeased to write this to you about not getting my booked car in time. Story goes like this, I visited your dealer (Viraj Distributor Pvt Ltd Lucknow U.P.) in second week of May 2010. I was told by salesman that if I book now I will get the car somewhere in August 2010 i.e. waiting period of about 3 months. I was about to book I20 hyundai, same day I get a call from one of the salesman by name Mr Nadeem Siddiqui. He asked me to book the car (Polo silver colour comfort line) which will be delivered between 14 to 20th june2010.I booked the car by paying Rs 50,000 Book no.004, receipt no.184 on 25.05.10. Today is 20th June and I have not got the car. Your dealer is saying they are not responsible for the delay. You tell me who is responsible for the delay? I kept on inquiring about status, dealer kept on giving false promises saying it may come in this trailer, which was to come on 19th June.
        I am totally disappointed with you people, you claim that you are the world best company, which way you are the best I don’t know. I have Maruti zen, let me tell you they are better than you. Your distributor kept on showing on computer about delivery status which was clearly showing 14 to 20th June2010. I can’t wait so long, I want clear reply from you, let me know the date. Who will pay for all this harassment & delay in my schedule, please explain.

        myself vikrant singh booked a polo diesel through mr ujwaldeep singh kyashyap motors noida on 06 .04 .10 now from two months nor ujjwaldeep nor arshad attend my call i went three times to agency but all says talk to ujjwaldeep or arshad i massage toarshad &mail to him but no reply . can i complain to goverment to sought out my problem ?
        I am not sure about other Cities but in Chennai there are only 2 VW dealers and guess what VW has given both the dealership in the city to the same company ABRA motors (One branch is in CIT nagar area and the other one is in Anna nagar area) Now ABRA motors has no one to compete with and is on its own cool way doesnt care a damn about customer attention or care.

        Booked the vehicle on April 10, 2010 and after so many days of wait and follow up , they tell me the vehicle will arrive in 5 days on 9th July,2010 so i get my cheque ready for payment and call them on Friday to take the delivery of the car , they give me stories about truck has not yet arrived , its in bangalore and then Representative says it should have reached chennai , we need to check with transporter . After me calling them day after day they tell me the truck driver has switched off his mobile ..hahaha what a JOKE

        During the VW VENTO launch this is what THE HINDU BUSINESSLINE July 7th Reported about Mr Neeraj Garg, Member of Board and Director

        He added, “Waiting period for the Polo is four-six months. Whatever commitments we make to the customer, we've been able to honour that. There have been few cancellations by customers — around 30 to 40 from time to time.”

        I personally love VW POLO , but going through this hardship is not worth it, this is second hand treatment given to Indian customers with no one taking responsibility . Imagine how the after sales of this Car is gonna be. I am going on Monday July 19th to cancel and get back my 50,000 Rs period . So VW car probably after 5 years when they have their so called Manufacturing plant ramped up . Off to my next car the Sportz i20 :-) Cheers and best of luck to everybody
        VW polo is a crap,a friend of mine bought his VW the very first day he had a serious problem as he was driving with his family members and he was under dilema after finding that his brand new Volls Wagon POLO hit the road speed breakers and the car gets too low and absolutely no ground clearance at all when four people sits inside,
        I have decided to change my choice of buying VW and now booked a much better ad reliable car,
        So buyers beware!! do not forget to check and take a test drive with atleast three or four people inside so that you wont be investing in a wrong car

        I purchaged new polo highline on 16 feb 2012 . its headlights not working well.that is whyi went to the I went to the polo service station rohtak (haryana).after showing the headlights two time in the agency .it was as it is .mostly I drive at night that why I was phase difficultys to drive at night .please change my polo car headlights.

          VOLKSWAGEN OFFERS AMAZING CARS.

          BUT ABBRA MOTORS CHENNAI JUST RUINED MY CAR. THE SERVICE ENGINEER AND THE WORKS MANAGER IN AMBATTUR HAVE NO REMORSE. THEY HAD MY CAR WITH ELECTRICAL FAILURE FOR 4 MONTHS AND BLAMED IT ON THE VOLKSWAGEN COMPANY. FUNNY. MY FATHER IS A BUSY MAN AND COULDNT TAKE THESE PEOPLE TO COURT. MY ADVISE TO PEOPLE, DONT BUY VW IN CHENNAI. EVEN SUNDARAM MOTORS ISNT GOOD, ALTHOUGH MY WORST EXPERIENCE WAS WITH ABBRA MOTORS. I HAVE NOW BOUGHT HYUNDAI VERNA, SERVICE IS DAMN TOOO GOOD. PEOPLE ARE VERY PROMPT THERE. HONDA, MARUTHI, HYUNDAI ARE RELIABLE.

            This is to inform you that my vehicle registration No. DL1VA 6917 VOLKSWAGEN CRAFTER is submitted at your service center on dated 17.10.2012 at Frontier Autoworld Gurgaon, Haryana workshop devision to till date. We already have launch a complaint on your toll free number. But still there is no resolution for this. its almost 4 months have gone and your server is still down.

            There is ECM problem in our crafter as per your engineer at service center and also we have submitted a Demand Draft of Rs.85000/. They got the new ECM on 31st December 2012 as per your service center representative. So problem is that there is almost 1 month has been past and still they are unable to code the ECM because of the system did not connect to the server.

            Our employee daily visit at service center but there is no hearing about this. We are really disappointed with your service and have a major financial loss. We are still paying its all installments insurance etc. but this is really dissatisfied

            Please look into this matter and revert back with optimistic answer.

              I have purchased a new vento highline diesel in feb 2011 from Broadway auto Faridabad. Last year i faced a problem with AC Blower (front) which stopped working & the dealer told me that the AC kit will be replaced in Warranty & i aggreed to do that. But after some time the same problem occured the blower (front) stopped working. & now they are saying that the kit will be changed again in the warranty period. & it will take 2 to 3 working days. without car i suffer very much i cant go to my office. The main thing is that there is no guranttee that after changing the kit again it will work properly? My car warranty will end in feb 2013 if after that the same problem occured than will they charge me the price of that AC kit? The QUALITY OF CAR IS VERY POOR doors are very noiesy.

                  i have purchased a VW JETTA HIGHLINE model from the above showroom on the 11th of nov 2012.i was promised by the sales head team Mr.Sharad and his sales executive Mr.ajay that i will be given all assistance from the dealer's end to obtain the registration of my car as i was outstationed customer based in meerut-U.P and not putting up in noida.He also promised me that a choice number can be arranged and wont be a problem.I am sorry to inform you that the even after a great deal of efforts and argument from the entire team of VW noida including the Sales head Mr.sharad their is very little help which has been offered to me obtain R.C of my car.the fact that my temporary registration has expired and i still dont have been any other document of legality in hand , leaves my car worth lakhs to bite dust in a garage ever since 22nd of dec2012.Inspite of my regular complains to the sales head regarding his team not taking enough interest in my case nothing has been done to aid my case.They are not even receiving my calls these days which forces me to travel all the way from meerut to noida everytime i have to know the status of my documents.i have been given all sort of execuses in past 15 days.i have personally been to meerut RTO to ensure that the series of my number required has opened up where as in the dealer is still trying to take me on ride by telling me that the series is yet not available or you will have in a day or two's time every time i call or visit them personnally.what hurts the most is that inspite of my complaints to all top bosses no one is even ready to keep me informed regarding the progress of my case.now they have stopped responding to my calls all together.if required i can even go ahead and present VW my call records to press my charges against the dealer and its team.
                  And if its of any help let me mention this across to you that even the temporary registration was offered to me as much as after 10-15 days after the purchase of my car.till then i was running the car on a TC number and i was given the story by Mr.sharad that because the car has been arranged from some other show room in delhi hence forth the delay!!!!the car itself was arranged after the due date of sale as the showroom never had the car in stock but none the less they convinced for booking.
                  the enitre team of VW noida has mis treated/misguided me in all possible ways( in particular mention to MR.AJAY-sales excutive/Sales head -Mr.Sharad/Mr.Neeraj-Registration Department).it took them more then 17 days even to mail a receipt of confirmation of my number which was done on 12th of dec.it took me more than 100 calls and a lot of argument with the entire even to have the receipt of confirmation of number.finally i was given the receipt of number on 29th dec which if required can be confirmed to VW as i have the forwarded mail with date and email i.d in my inbox.ever since then i have been struggling to obtain My R.C from the dealer.every new day i am given a new story new thoughts/new commitments only to last till the next day .
                  the least i expect is not to see the car lying in the garage and that to because of sheer negligence of dealer.not only this causes inconvenience to me as a customer but also compromises the brandname and integrity of VW.the odd hours in which i am writing this email should present you my due consirn for my car and lack of faith in the dealer.In such time of crises i look up to you and the team of VW to aid me and to take strict and prompt action in this case so as enabale me receive my required documents as early as possible.

                    i have purchased a VW JETTA HIGHLINE model from the above showroom on the 11th of nov 2012.i was promised by the sales head team Mr.Sharad and his sales executive Mr.ajay that i will be given all assistance from the dealer's end to obtain the registration of my car as i was outstationed customer based in meerut-U.P and not putting up in noida.He also promised me that a choice number can be arranged and wont be a problem.I am sorry to inform you that the even after a great deal of efforts and argument from the entire team of VW noida including the Sales head Mr.sharad their is very little help which has been offered to me obtain R.C of my car.the fact that my temporary registration has expired and i still dont have been any other document of legality in hand, leaves my car worth 21 lakhs to bite dust in a garage ever since 22nd of dec2012.Inspite of my regular complains to the sales head regarding his team not taking enough interest in my case nothing has been done to aid my case.They are not even receiving my calls these days which forces me to travel all the way from meerut to noida everytime i have to know the status of my documents.i have been given all sort of execuses in past 15 days.i have personally been to meerut RTO to ensure that the series of my number required has opened up where as in the dealer is still trying to take me on ride by telling me that the series is yet not available or you will have in a day or two's time every time i call or visit them personnally.what hurts the most is that inspite of my complaints to all top bosses no one is even ready to keep me informed regarding the progress of my case.now they have stopped responding to my calls all together.if required i can even go ahead and present VW my call records to press my charges against the dealer and its team.
                    And if its of any help let me mention this across to you that even the temporary registration was offered to me as much as after 10-15 days after the purchase of my car.till then i was running the car on a TC number and i was given the story by Mr.sharad that because the car has been arranged from some other show room in delhi hence forth the delay!!!the car itself was arranged after the due date of sale as the showroom never had the car in stock but none the less they convinced for booking.

                      My car, volkswagen polo(KL 58 F 6633) got breakdown on 17th oct 2012 near bangalore international airport. i contacted the tool free no of pick up vehicle and my car was taken to the near by showroom(PALACE CROSS(JALAHALLI). they told will inform you after checking. the next day they called and told me that my oil sump has got leaked and it has to be changed. i told them to replace it and give my car ASAP. on 26th oct 2012 they called me and told my vehicle is ready and u can come and take. i went there paid the estimated bill of amount around 19000 rs. after i paid d bill took ma car and started coming out if the showrum. nearly 200m ran i found that there is no pulling for the vehicle and i returned back. d guy from there told me,wait let me check. another guy came and took my car for test drive and got breakdown n d way. the car which has been totally repaired from the showroom got breakdown again. the guy was saying sorry and all and he told will check and let u know. the next day he is telling that it has got some engine problem. and also said its the company fault, once the manager comes will help u out ASAP.

                      Till now, from the above mentioned date my vehicle is still der. there was no response from thier side. i used to call them and ask wot happened and enquire. also they gave me a estimation of around 4 lakh rs to repair the vehicle. that too when i went to the showroom when there was no response from thier side. i also compaint more than 5 times to the volkswagen through phonecall. but no response from thier side.

                      I just want to register complaint agianst the PALACE CROSS service centre and against VOLSWAGEN for poor service, response and no proper feedback

                        I had purchased a brand new Volkswagon Vento On 23rd Oct 2012 from BHARAT MOTORS. Two weeks before i met with an accident and damaged the right mirror of my car. I visited the showroom with my car insurance papers to claim my damages. Its already been 15days and still the dealers are unable to get a new mirror.
                        I regularly call to inquire about the product, but the sales persons or the customer care representative either don't receive the phone or else talk in a rudely accent.

                        I would like to let everyone that the BHARAT volkswagon dealer is the worst service provider. They neither attend the customers properly nor fix the damages, claims on time.

                          In my vento(petrol) when i use to drive the car with airconditioner on water comes out inside the car from the place where a filter has been fitted in the dashborrd on the other side of driver. I have told this problem in jallandhar ( lally motors) as well as in pathankot volkswagen also .but both of them could not rectify the samr. I am very much disappointed with the services of both the dealers and planning to go to the cosumer court .

                            This complaint is regarding the improper and unsatisfactory servicing done for my volkswagon polo in the service station located in agra. there is a lot of noise coming from the right hand front side of the car and it is yet not founded that what the problem is actually. I have given this complaint on my first service and it is not yet solved. the people at the service station told me that it is a manufacturing default by the company. If this is a manufacturing default then i want the company to check the car properly and do the required for it. I have also found that they don't do the complete sound check of the car as my doors make noises and other sounds are also there even when i am not a rash driver rather i drive very carefully. I am very disappointed by the service of my car .

                              I had given my car to Vidyut Motors Pune in August 2012 for monsoon checkup and Engine oil + filter change.
                              The Service Adviser - Kiran (Phone number [protected]) took my car and made the job card and took my signature on it.
                              While handing it over to him, I had strictly instructed him not to change the oil till the time in am in front of the car. He agreed to it and said that once you are back, we will change the oil.
                              When i returned back to the service center, i was delivered the car while i was waiting for him to attend to me while we change the oil together.
                              But to my horror, he mentioned that the oil was changed. When i asked for the job card, there was no mention about the oil change on it.
                              Then he called the service technician who had to do it. The technician said, that he had forgotten to put it in the job card once done. So he updated the Job card after i asked for the Job card.
                              I demanded to speak to a senior personnel over there.
                              Then i was introduced to Mr. Shriraj (Contact Number [protected] / [protected]) who refused to prove it to me that they had changed to oil.
                              I demanded to him that they remove the oil and show me that the oil is new. He refused and said that we are sorry sir, i can't do that as we have a lot of load and no ramp is free to do a job again.
                              I was upset and unhappy so i took their numbers and left after paying the oil change bill amount of approx Rs. 4600.00
                              now when i gave my car for 1st service to B.U. Bhandari, Wakad, they said to me that it is impossible to find out whether the oil has been changed or not as it is a diesel vehicle and so there is some carbon present in the engine which doesn't allow the engine oil to be clean.
                              now, what i am concerned about is that the engine oil today (not even 15000 kms done) the Engine oil is jet black and contains a lot of Burr accumulated in it.
                              This proves that Vidyut motors had not changed the Engine oil at oil, but MAY have only topped up with a few ml oil.
                              what do I do to take them to task and may someone hand over the Customer Relations Manager for Pune West Zone.

                              My Vento Car is being reguerly serviced at Vidyut motors. Despite the reguler check up, yesterday i was about to met an accident due to failure of clutch pipe. It got rubbed with Air cleaner pipe and burst on Highway while running the Car. While servicing this things must be checked. We towed the vehicle and came to road side garage but I didnt get help from Vidyut Motors, simply they said you have to bring the vehicle to us. Yesterday due to this icident me and my family was very frustrated.
                              I need the reply on this from Vidyut motors.

                                I am writing this email to you as the last resort . I had purchased a 1.6L
                                Red VW Polo number MH 02 CL 1289 in the first week of april ,2012 from
                                Tornado Motors Andheri Link Road through sales executive Mr. Paresh. After a
                                month or so my car started giving problems which was mostly about an
                                unidentifiable noise. I had to visit the workshop located in Andheri (East)
                                atleast 6-7 times but to no avail. My car had barely run 900 kms by then. Mr
                                Milind your ex head of the workshop stands testimony for that. The MOUNT was
                                changed 3 times apparently. I was assisted by Mr Prashant and Mr Amit. Even
                                then I wasn't satisfied but I had no option but to take the car home Again
                                after some time the noise persisted and I had to go to the workshop to get
                                it sorted. Last tuesday AGAIN my dashboard started giving a rattling noise ,
                                the brakes made a very weird sound and I was promised that I will get the
                                car in proper condition but obviously even after a week they did not live
                                upto their promise. I had to test drive the car with 3 drivers namely Mr
                                Alfred , Mr Balaram and Mr Imran who are working with different wings of the
                                workshop. Plus I had to test drive other 2 VW polos and one Vento to prove
                                my point. I spent a good 4 hours on a working day doing something your
                                technicians should have sorted a week ago. Again Mr Amit asked me for day
                                more to solve the problem. Next day Mr Amit made me pay Rs.787 because
                                according to him the brakes needed skimming due to dusting. I did what what
                                asked to me to do. Its been 2 days since I've taken my car and the dashboard
                                is still rattling and the brake is still making a sound and there is another
                                new sound in the trunk. I have wasted thousands of rupees in petrol for all
                                the worthless test drives your techncians make and my commuting from Juhu on
                                working days waiting at the service centre for 3-4 or even 6 hrs sometimes.
                                Plus I have to shut my office and come. Its a 4400 kms run car barely 8-9
                                months old and I am SICK of your so called " GERMAN ENGINEERING" and so
                                talked about HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. On top of this your new workshop
                                head Mr. Dipak Singh asks me for one last chance. This is proposterous. The
                                most shoudy thing I have ever witnessed. I have purchased a 7 lakh top line
                                vehicle to go through so much physical and mental trauma. I have send plenty
                                of complains to your customer feed back calls but to no avail. 9 month old
                                car - 13-15 visits to the service centre - and still the car is making all
                                the noises possible. I have had it very frankly. So this is my last resort .
                                I either go to the consumer forum and the press to get my due because and I
                                am sick and tired of this non sense or I get a replaced vehicle as soon as
                                possible. If you do stand for any bit of trust and support and help I hope
                                you will look into this matter very seriously.

                                  I, Shri. Arun K. Raikar owner of Vehicle Volkswagen Vento Highline diesel, registration no. GA-08-F-6515 was on my way to attend an important function with my family at Kolhapur on 29/11/2012 at around 8.00 a.m, on the way somewhere near Sanquelim the car started giving jerks and then stopped in the middle of the road. I was shocked with such a poor performance of your vehicle. I missed an important function due to the negligence in services of your company. This caused great difficulty and mental harassment to me and my family . I had to face the same problem earlier with the same vehicle while I was going from Canacona to Margao with my family when I reached Karmal ghat, it started giving jerks and showed an error in orange colour on the screen of the car and then stopped in the middle of the road in the afternoon. I was held up with my family on Karmal ghat in the hot sun for almost four hours. I was again held up in the middle of my journey. This caused great difficulty and mental torture/ harassment to me and my family members. Now within a span of just two months this is the second time that this vehicle of mine has given this problem. This shows that your staff didn’t attend the problem of this vehicle properly when it was brought in your service centre. This is clear cheating on part of your company, you take the vehicle for repairs or services and don’t attend them properly. It is very sad to say that a reputed company like yours is cheating their customers by giving them false promises and false assurance of good service and quality. My client has suffered a lot of trouble, mental and physical torture because of your company. This clearly shows that my client has been given a defective vehicle instead of a new vehicle by your company. When I called up in the service centre asking for the problem in the vehicle, one Mr. Swapnil from your service centre attended my call and told me that some part of my vehicle need to be changed and it is not available right now in the showroom and it will take 8 to 10 days time to get that part. I tried calling your Manager Shri. Ashok shenoi to tell my grievances, but he did not attend a single phone call of mine, neither he was available in the office when I went to meet him personally.
                                  I request that my grievances be attended at the earliest as I purchased this Vehicle from your company having great faith in your name and services. I am in great difficulty now and none of your staff are cooperating properly. I am very sorry to say that your company didn’t live up to the promises it made.

                                    Ref. : Your Job Card S. no. NIL dated 15-10-12, 4.30pm.
                                    Sub. : Our Vehicle no. TN 06 E 2440 – JETTA TDI.

                                    This is to bring to your kind notice that my above vehicle got suddenly breakdown on Sunday 14th Oct. 2012, while proceeding to Hotel Ashoka at Egmore, Chennai. Immediately it was brought to the notice of an Emergency Volkswagen service and after their inspection it was clearly seen the only a small belt was broken in the enigine and due to Sunday it was towed and brought to the service centre.

                                    Till my father went and enquired about the position of the vehicle, it was neither taken for check-up nor the job card prepared. When enquired, one Mr. M. Venkatesh attended and said we would not undertake the said vehicle for check-up or for service for no reason in my name.

                                    After pleading several requests, Mr. Prakash agreed to take up the vehicle under certain conditions and the job card was prepared in my father’s name at 4.30pm on[protected].

                                    Till 5th of November 2012, nothing was carried out on the vehicle, and after several calls and pleading requests, Prakash after cutting a sorry figure, promised to deliver the vehicle before deepavali.

                                    Again when contacted, they said, due to rats bitten the wires and we are unable to locate the exact fault that why it is not starting. Again after a week, when contacted it was stated Sorry! Sir we are still unable to locate the exact fault. Because till than nothing was done to the vehicle.

                                    All of a sudden on[protected], Prakash called up and reported that the vehile many parts of the engine have been bend and all the parts we have requested the management for Warranty, as the vehicle was just 10 months old. This will take some time.

                                    Again on 16th Nov. Prakash called up and said they have received a mail asking all the photographs of the vehicle to clear the spares under warranty. And the same has been sent and we are expecting a favourable reply. In the meantime we have also placed the required parts to be supplied by the factory under Warranty. No sooner we get the parts from the factory, under priority we shall get ready the vehicle in 2 to 3 days time.

                                    Till the last enquiry on 23rd Nov. and personal visit to the service centre, it was reported that all the parts have come and we would deliver to you by the coming Wednesday / Thursday.
                                    Suddenly, to-day i.e., 26th Nov. my father received a call from Mr. Prakash saying that the vehicle is ready with all the parts fitted and test drive taken, and it is fit for delivery, but we are sorry that you may have to pay a sum neary 82000/- being the parts and serv ice charges, as the management have refused to give Warranty for the spares which were actually twisted due to manufacturing defects.

                                    Still Mr. Prakash promised to give one day and I shall again check with the management people for Warranty and let you know tomorrow the exact position. We had asked him to deliver the vehicle in complete running condition with all the services, water wash and buffering by tomorrow, so that we eould file a claim and damage suit against your company for such a wonderful service for a German based company.

                                    Their was previous service of the vehicle given to same sundaram motors in july and their was huge delay from mr.venkatesh on inspecting the vehicle and it took nearly 14 days to deliver the vehicle that too only after my personal visit to workshop and after huge complain I got the vehicle back that too one late and with out wash and polish.

                                    For this I had complain to Volkswagen to take proper action but till date their has been no reply to my mail also. I suspect some kind of foul being played by workshop people on the vehicle and wanted delay and over billing this seems like clear cut unwanted malpractices. I sincerely want all the parts replaced and to inspected by Volkswagen head office as I suspect huge foul play. If no proper action is taken I would rise a criminal complaint against sundaram motors and official incharge.

                                    Everything happens in your company all of a sudden, without any reason, mistakes at your yard are built up on the customer such as rats bitten, spares twisted and bend due to rats bitten as all the Engine parts are plastic made and so on and so on etc.

                                      Had given My VW Vento Petrol (KA03MP6303) for the first servicing (on 15,000km) to Bangalore Motors-Hasserghatta. The car was given in excellent condition boith mechanically and physically. The average mileage at that time was between 11 and 12km with AC in city. now, after servicing it gives only 8-9 km in the city!! Overall, I have lost heavily by giving the car for servicing, though hard to believe!!

                                      Firstly, the booking for servicing was done one month before. No booking code or number was given. When called, they said the number would be given one day before. When called again, they said no number is given as a matter of practice. Anyway, I gave the car but the car came back with bad rattling of the body, suspension and engine. Outside, it did not look even if it had a basic body wash!! Bangalore Motors charged me Rs.8.634/- (Rs.1,752 labour and Rs.6,881/- for parts). In fact, I got the car washed and treated again at 3M giving Rs.4,700. I was upset at the way my beautiful car was spoiled by the Bangalore Motors that in my anxiety, while driving, the tail lamp was broken by a two wheeler. I had to go back to B.M. to replace it after a few days. This, they did a good job because their Mr.Vishwanath supervised it personally. Overall, my car is now in a bad shape with rattling of the body, engine and suspensions.

                                      I do not have any idea how to go about rectifying the bad treatment it got from Bangalore Motors.
