Voltas Ac — AC NOT WORKING

I have purchase new Voltas window 1.5 tone at a.c house showrooom adress: k-20b, raja puri main road opp.sec-4 dwarka new delhi-59. For the date is 15/6/2010 invoice no 1650 tin no [protected]. I purchase this a.c during the lastyear. we have no maintaince & service providing for me. I complain the shop for the service the a.c we have not responding and guide line for the service. I extremely request for u please do the needful service provide for my a.c. I call last 15 days we have not response for the a.c services.i also compain in customer care.my complian no is 11AP2908801.but no respnse frm custmer care.i m hardly request to voltas please solve my problem.u promise to fullfil custmer complain.but no response frm voltas.my problem of a.c is that its nt working.my phone no is( navdeep-[protected])(.sandeep-[protected])

i purcased vertis classic 1.5 ton split ac from rathana cool p ltd on 30.7.2011. Again on 11.8.2011 ipurchased 1.5 ton vertic elite from rathana cool p ltd vide invice no18145. When thy installed the ac on12.08.211 the acilation is not working. The service person came on 13.08.2011 and reported the moter is not working and thy have taken the moter. Now to day 15.08.2011 the AC COOLING IS NOT WRKINGi i have given the coplient vide complient No 11au1501115..I request you to take back this Ac and give vertiic classic ac since from the day one on wards this model is giving trouble every day.I
