[Resolved]  Voltas AC Split — Swing and Display failure

Dear Sir
I purchased Voltas AC Split 1.5 Ton Vertis Elite on 16th April 2008. Unit Seril no is 4511022A08A000998/451033A08A004255.
I registered the complain in Crystal Care and the reference no is 09AU011827.( Swing is not working and Display failure)
Their Engineer attended and informed me that Digital Sensor has tobe replaced and the price is Rs 750/- Service Charge is 450/-( one time).
He told me that Sensor failure is happening due to Power Fluctuation, But we have purchased Stabiliser 4 KvA branded recommended by your Dealer.
Please clarify me, will it happen eventhough we go for branded recommended by dealer with in 16 months from date of purchase?????
