[Resolved] Voltas AC Vertis — gas leakage | |||
We have purchased one Voltas window AC on18/06/2009.In Last summer it was running satisfactory, but now when we tried to run this AC on21/06/2010, it's not running. Then we have complaint to the Voltas customer care office , toll free no[protected], the engineer had not come . But three or four days passed away, nobody came to see the problem . DEAR SIR ,I PURCHASE A NEW SPLIT AC OF VOLTAS ON 01/04/2010 , AT FIRST THERE ARE SOME MINOR FAULTS IN AC SUCH AS SWING MOTOR REPLACEMENT , COOLING PROBLEM ETC. BUT NOW THE GAS IS LEAKING , SO KINDLY REPLACE MY AC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . MY COMPAINT NO. IS 10JU2301207 .
