[Resolved] Voltas Ac — voltas ac complaint | |||
The worst service i have received ever in my life.i raised a complained on 05/08/2013 ,because my ac comp raiser was not working.they came after 2 days to check it. after 7 week they picked my ac n gave me back after 17 days n still the issue is same. my ac comp raiser still not working properly. i called them again n they took 2 days more fix it. I have spoken to ur area manager Mr. Om kumar tyagi ,n he also gave the wrong commitment connective 5 days he was saying that u will get ur ac today n it came after 4 dayswhat he committed. n ur home care manager mr. ashu khan was so rude n always giving me excuse that v don't have man power or now we don't have transport to drop ur ac. as u know its too hot over here n i have small baby n just because of my ac is not working he got ill .It was pathetic experience that u provided me n now i am planning to never go with voltas product i n future n i will suggest the same thing to my friends n relative as well.i am planning to raise a complain against u on consumer court also. so please improve ur after sales service n take proper action against ur home care company n compensate me as well for these all incontinence. regards amit verma [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
