WE PURCHASED VOLTAS VERTIS PLUS 1.5TON SPLIT AC ON 07.06.2007 FROM KATARIA &CO. AUTH. DEALERS OF VOLTAS AT FAZILKA,DIST.FEROZPUR(PUNJAB)...AFTER INSTALLATION OF THE AC ITS COOLING WAS NOT GOOD AND THERE WAS LEAKAGE OF WATER FROM THE AC,WE INFORMED THE DEALER ABOUT IT AND HIS RESPONSE WAS NOT GOOD...AFTER MANY DAYS HE SENT VOLTAS PEOPLE AND THEY TOLD US THAT THE AC SHOULD BE REPLACED AND THE DEALER AGREED TO CHANGE THE AC IN 2-3 DAYS BUT AFTER TWO THREE DAYS HE EVEN DIDNT PICKED OUR PHONE CALLS NOR HE IS CHANGING OUR AC...WE HAVE COMPLAINED TO VOLTAS ALSO BUT NO ACTION IS TAKEN BY THEM... yes you should serve legal notice to your dealer...and if necessary you must go to consumer court...
