[Resolved] Voltas — Bad Service and Behaviour | |
I purchased a voltas water dispenser from naveen electronics, model town on 20th June 2008. They provide me a warranty of one year from voltas on this product. On 27 April 2009, I Call voltas customer service helpline and lodge a service complaint with complaint number (09AP271242), they said in next two days my problem will be solved from that day onwards, I registered three more complaints 09MY061407 6 May, 09JU081682 08 June, 09JU241590 24 June), their technician visit my office but my problem was not solved, I called around 20 times on help line for requesting a better technician but no results, Also, There is a Mr. Parvesh, who is handling my complaint, he is misbehaving and using bad language. I called customer care for his complaint but they deny to register my complaint and also when I request for contact numbers of any senior authority for reporting this matter, they said they cannot provide any telephone numbers and my water dispenser will be repaired within few days, But till date no action had been taken. Now They told me as product is out of warranty, they will not repair it without pay. After few hours, i got a call from Mr. Parvesh, he is asking for Rs 2000 to repair my product as in under warranty...because actual charges will be around 4000. Was this information helpful? | |
