[Resolved] Voltas — No Bill and Service Available | |||
Dear Sir, I Runal Agarwal purchased an A/c of Voltas Brand as its a Tata Product known for its quality and services. I bought the air conditioner on 31st march '10. Till date I havent been provided with any bill and warranty card. Since last few days the a.c. has stopped cooling even at the lowest temperature. I contacted the dealer from whom i purchased the a.c., he said that he wont provide any service as the a.c. was installed someone else. So, I contacted the person who installed the a.c. but unfortunately that person is out of town. As the dealer didnt respond for the service I contacted the customer care dept. of voltas on 20th april 2010. They said they will send an service executive within 24 working hours and gave me the complain no. 10AP200496. Till date no one has attended complain. Sir, now I am feeling helpless and feel like I took a wrong decision to Buy A VOLTAS A.C. Which though is a Tata Product but still gives alot of harassment to its consumers. I hope a help atleast from your side. Or kindly provide me with contact no. where I can get help and get my a.c. in working condition which I purchased from my hard earned money.
