1. I had purchased 1.5 ton Split AC Vertis Gold on 12rd April, 2010.
2. That AC in not working properly
3. On 15th April,2010 I had registered a complain your customer care vide complain no. 10 A-P 1505814 dated 15 April2010.

Please my problem solved immedeately

Airconditioner not working

I had purchased two 1.5 ton Split AC Vertis Gold on 20/06/2009 (bill no.-[protected])

The AC is nt working properly now...

On 12 june, 2010 I had registered a complain your customer care vide complain no. 10AU2700630...but till now no one has ever came to repair the AC and for the free service...
