[Resolved] Voltas Limited — not getting response against complaint from voltas limited noida

Within a months time, i have a water dripping leakage problem from inside unit . On complaining to mr. Satyaprakash against complaint no. 10SP2803270 , he did not respond for the last 10 days. earlier they have kept indide unit fom more than one week in their service centre. after installation the same problem again occure.

I have purchased 1.5ton split ac on 06.03.2010. since than every after 2-3 days there is water leckage. every now and than making complaint there is not proper solution. last on 22.10.2010 when there engineer visited
explained to us that at the time of installing the machine the person who installed the machine have broken water tray and not informed to the company or to us. He informed us that within 7 days the new tray will be installed.till date i.e. 03.11.2010 there is no reponse from the company. We are not happy with the services of the company.
