[Resolved]  Voltas One Ton A / C — NON REDRESSAL OF COMPLAINT DURING EXTENDED WARRANTY PERIOD

Voltas ,one ton window A/C was purchased on 08/05/2010 from Croma Stores at Mega Mall Goregaon (West) vide delivery number[protected].It carried a warranty of one year.During the purchase process we were advised by Croma to avail of extended warranty offer from Croma itself which we implied.Extended warranty period was to start from 08/05/2011 for two years.After expiry of regular warranty period,the A/C stopped functioning at the end of June 2011.A complain was lodged on 01/07/2011 with the customer care services with their extended warranty department on telephone number [protected].A complain number 17733 was given to me.Though the complaint was attended that time the A/C has not been functioning properly since then.The last reminder for the non functioning of the A/C was given on 24/09/2011.Till to date nobody has attended and checked the complaint inspite of several reminders.
We had also complained directly to one Mr Bhavesh who we understand is from the maintainence department.
his cell number being [protected].Inspite of repeatedly promising to take action,he did not actually register the complaint and take any action.Infact he was very rude ans arrogant and stopped receiving my calls..
I have lodged a complaint with the Voltas directly and the complaint number is 11OC0900862 dated 09/10/2011.
