Brand new voltas AC not cooling raised a complaint 3-4 times technician is coming and washing nets and going, when we ask about not cooling they are saying we can't do anything, this AC cools like that only, even we keep at 16 also we are not getting cooling

    Voltas Support,
    I had a very bad experience with the Voltas AC and also technical support.
    I raised the case 4 days back and it was assigned to a mechanic, The Technician never visited to fix the issue after the 4-day complaint was closed as fixed.

    Please find the screenshot for your reference. Total respect and trust on TATA products gone for toss.

    last week I tried to reach out to support, no option was available, multiple service requests were created it is going different address, AC stopped working last week till now my issue has not been resolved

      During the last service on April 16th, 2024, I filed a request for the replacement of the external unit motor. It has now been more than two weeks, and I have not received any updates or information regarding the delay or expected date for the change of parts. With the scorching weather and temperatures rising, it has been very difficult for me to carry out my daily tasks and duties. I request you to please look into the logistics of your service center and customer care facilities. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that my request could be flagged as urgent, but no actions or procedures were taken to address the issue with the delay in delivery of parts. In today's era of globalization and easy accessibility, I believe that this issue should be resolved promptly.

        Very poor customer service, Voltas 1.5 Ton billed on 24th April in Sathiya Agencies, but still Votas has not installed the AC. No proper response from Votals service engineering team.

          I raised service request number [protected] on 31st March, 2024 as the AC was not able to do cooling.
          Technician visited and suggested replacement of cooling coil as it was getting repaired and gas filled every season/year and g service center placed order for the problematic part at their end. However it has been 3 weeks now since the issue was raised and till now there is no proper update on by when the part will be replaced. Also the customer care representatives were not able to help and asked me to contact local service center from Voltage. I have been following local service center also personally from my end several times and not getting update on by when can the ordered part be provided/fixed. I also asked to fix the current part if replacement part is not acquired by them but still no action has been taken. The calls to service center also go unanswered several times.
          Looking for either quick replacement or repair of the problematic part as Summers have come with temperature already touching 40.

            I purchased Voltas 1.5 Ton 5 Star Inverter Split AC Model 2024, 185V Vectra CAR, White on 18th April from amazon (Invoice attached). Today when technician came for the installation, he found that Interconnected copper pipes 2 Nos are missing. When I check the item included in package, I found it that it was in the list but physically missing from shipment. (proof attached)

            After that I called Voltas Customer Care, they asked to raise request to get the missing part.

            Please help me to send the missing part at the earliest so that installation can be complete. If it is not possible, let me know so I can raise the request of return.

                The A.C we bought through an enterprise is a peace of lemon and the tech. who installed doesn't seems to be a professional in what he does.

                The tech blames the A.C is damaged and we received the broken one and enterprise through which we purchased is blaming Voltas and the Voltas the sales manager isn't answering our calls at all, this is so ridiculous.

                Never expected this from a company like TATA.

                  Have purchased two above acs on 03/6/23 & 16/11/23 obviously on irreparable breakdowns of previous 2 similar acs not more than 5 years old.
                  Now the ac bought on 03/6/23 has broken down, your reps sent by you on informing customer care number [protected] could not diagnose the problem. It is not clear whether there is aproblem with the cicuitry or with the compressor.
                  This is leading to loss of trust in your product in my mind who happens to be a die hard fan of yours. Please ensure sending someone senior and knowledgeable to sort out the issue.

                    AC Horizontal swing not working

                    On 23rd March 2024 I installed this AC and the team checked and it was fine, the next day I realised that this AC also has horizontal swing features as it has 4 direction air flow.

                    I tried to turn on this feature but the horizontal swing is not working...

                    I had purchase New Voltas visi cooler last year. It was giving problem just in a week of delivery. Many times the engineer comes but the problem not solve. After 5 to 6 months I got replacement of the product. But the same problem was given by the other machine. Again many times engineers come and go but the problem ont solve

                            Damage of my AC during Service

                            My AC flip was damaged during the service by Voltas Engineer, and I have been informed that it will be replaced as order needs to be placed by the technician, it's been 3 months I have been following up but there is no response from Voltas customer support.

                            I have raised a complaint about my refrigerator on 23/11 and I received call on 24 from technician saying he received complaint about AC. I again raised complaint on 25th and from that day onwards I have called 6 times to customer care people they give technician numbers or say they will make their senior call back which never happens. I have received local agency number who in turn gave me technician number and from 25th he keeps saying I’ll come but he never turned up till now and on top of it he doesn’t answer the calls neither he transfers it to someone else. When I called back the agency on 28th and 29th they said they will arrange alternative which also didn’t happen till now. My concern is if it takes 8-9 days just to visit what sort of service are you guys providing and how do you expect people to buy your products with such pathetic support system and the only thing your people are bothered about is making people renew their AMC even if I renew what’s the point . Literally disappointed with the service

                              On September 11th, I lodged a complaint about a malfunction with the dishwasher.
