I had purchase New Voltas visi cooler last year. It was giving problem just in a week of delivery. Many times the engineer comes but the problem not solve. After 5 to 6 months I got replacement of the product. But the same problem was given by the other machine. Again many times engineers come and go but the problem ont solve

    Since I purchased I am always in trouble about ac cooling .I am 1000 Percent sure that I received a damaged product because my ac not even done cooling for 10 days in 1 year since my purchase, I need replacement immediately or repair to be done with good technical knowledge technician, I am going to file a case on your company for giving me faulty ac

        I strongly recommend addressing the persisting issue promptly, despite numerous service attempts and extensive communication with Voltas and Pai International service teams. After over 15 services, urgent replacement is imperative to resolve the problem effectively.

          Damage of my AC during Service

          My AC flip was damaged during the service by Voltas Engineer, and I have been informed that it will be replaced as order needs to be placed by the technician, it's been 3 months I have been following up but there is no response from Voltas customer support.
          My AC is under Extended warranty, and I see there is never a response from Voltas Customer support when we reach out regarding the damage caused by their technician during service.br...

          I have raised a complaint about my refrigerator on 23/11 and I received call on 24 from technician saying he received complaint about AC. I again raised complaint on 25th and from that day onwards I have called 6 times to customer care people they give technician numbers or say they will make their senior call back which never happens. I have received local agency number who in turn gave me technician number and from 25th he keeps saying I’ll come but he never turned up till now and on top of it he doesn’t answer the calls neither he transfers it to someone else. When I called back the agency on 28th and 29th they said they will arrange alternative which also didn’t happen till now. My concern is if it takes 8-9 days just to visit what sort of service are you guys providing and how do you expect people to buy your products with such pathetic support system and the only thing your people are bothered about is making people renew their AMC even if I renew what’s the point . Literally disappointed with the service

            On September 11th, I lodged a complaint about a malfunction with the dishwasher. However, despite the passage of time, a technician's visit after four days, there has been no resolution to the problem. This prolonged delay in service is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on Voltas's commitment to customer satisfaction.

                Dear Sir,

                We bought a Voltas cooler for our business on 31.10.2022 form Andhra Refrigeration company, but it is not working from the day 1, then immediately contacted the sales persons and Voltas team, they took almost 30 days for Installation of the product and resolved the issue after so many follow ups.

                After that again Lot of complaints from the product, and we lost the entire business because of Voltas, as of now almost 6 times complaints raised and every time Voltas technician confirmed that compressor is having issue and gas is leaking and told many times it was replaced, but the problem is not yet resolved till date.

                Today also Voltas technicians came and confirmed the Gas is leaking. the cooler is not working.

                We are not happy with your product performance and lost the entire business and incurring huge losses because of Voltas.

                Now we don't want to continue like this, so Replace the complete product immediately.

                Immediate action required from you end.

                    W/AC under warranty. Since purchase, the AC has stopped working 3 times and has been serviced 5 times. The first complaint was registered within 3 months of purchase.

                    This is my WORST EXPERIENCE in using W/AC for the past 50 years.

                      Pcb problem service issue

                      Dear Sir/Madam

                      Thanks for your reply and for sending a person to my home for the above request as I have mentioned earlier.

                      But I want to state that the said PCB was also not working properly. It may have some defect in the said PCB product and also not compatible with my said AC as said and confirmed by your representative/Engineer having name Mr. Sachin (Mo -[protected]).

                          I bought voltas 1.5 ton ac on May 2023. By next two months. There were water leakage from ac.. raised a complaint to customer care.. no response from them.. leakage stopped by itself.. again Im facing same issue. And low colling, second time raised complaint. No response from service team... Service for voltas was very poor... I recommend not to go for voltas ..

                            Bought a 1.5 ton split inverter AC from Voltas on 24th August 2023.During installation, the technician from authorised serviced center found that the motor and pcb of the indoor unit is defective.I asked for a complete replacement of the product but even after 1 month, no one from voltas service center has helped me in this matter.An authorised person named Parth Patel from voltas service center, surat was given the task to solve this issue.This fellow didn, t solved my issue even after getting 1 month time and he doesnt even feels important to listen to his customer, s problem.Extremely disappointed to see such kind of pathetic service from voltas.I just want my defective product to get replaced or get refund from the company.

                              I have made a request to short out my voltas Ac cooling problems on 7th September, 2023 with request number [protected].
                              The Voltas Company did not short out this problem till date i.e 0n 23 September 2023 . I called and email many times to the customer care and service provider center but they are not giving any proper response and showing very unprofessional behavior. My AC has a 3-year comprehensive warranty till March 2026. On September 8 2023, the engineer visited and said that we have to replace the sensor and gave the order for the on the same day. However, they did not replace it yet (16 days passed).
                              Due to this bad service of Voltas, my family is suffering from last few days.
                              Please do the needful.

                                I bought a Voltas split AC 48 hours before, and request for installation was raised the next day. The installation guys were charging 1500 for flushing the pre installed gas line for the AC while the market rate is 800. So I got it done from outside. Now the new installation guys from Voltas won’t arrive until tomorrow that is the 21st of September 2023. I can’t get it installed from my AC guy because then Voltas won’t give me a warranty for the next 3 months. I have Mitsubishi AC and this was the first Voltas AC I bought. Worst decision ever. Won’t be buying a Voltas AC again.

                                  I have installed 2 nos Split AC from Voltas at my home during 2019 and 2020 respectively.

                                  Recently, the one installed during 2019 developed a defect wherein the AC stops working after switched on and running for sometime (no cooling). The Error Code Shown is E1. This, as I understand has, something to do with the Thermostat.

                                  I had lodged a complaing with the Company on 9th August 2023. The Technician attended on 14th August. However, the error was not showing and he said there is no problem and left.

                                  After half an hour of running, as usual, the same Error code appreared and the AC stopped working. I took a photograph of the inside unit and sent it to the Technician.

                                  He said the PCB will have to b replaced and shall revert once the PCB is received.

                                  I had been reminding the company about the unsolved problem, but they kept on replying saying "we have forwarded your complaint to the Authorised Service Company with the following details:

                                  Service Request Number: [protected]

                                  Service Center: ROYAL COLLECTIONS"

                                  However, noone bothered to contact me or solve the defect.
