[Resolved] Voltas Refrigerator — Not Working | |
My Refrigerator is not working. I register a complaint on Voltas Helpline no. [protected] on 15.01.2010, but still their is no responce from Voltas. Was this information helpful? | |

Same thing is here. I am having Voltas Excel ColdCell refrigerator, but it is having problem of Freezer, so i contacted on abovementioned helpline . The answer from this executive is that we don't provide any assistance to products made for home (i.e.only assistance to commercial products). He even suggested to contact local freeze mechanic.His seniors are not available .He was not having information regarding service stations in pune.What did you do ?
