[Resolved] Voltas Split AC — water leakage

Dear sirs/madam,
New Voltas split Ac model vertis premium was purchased(invoice No.I/MDK/4846 from George enterprises medavakkam chennai) and installed by voltas company's mechanic on 8/3/2011. Within a week i experienced a complaint of water leakage. Immediatly i called the installed person and next day he came and paste the plastic water outlet. I asked why this was happened but he says in all the model of this particular ACs are having same problem having manufacturer defect. And also he has not given any service report also.
For one month it was working alright but last week again the same leakage problem faced. Immediatly i called customer care they sent a mechanic the same old story of fixing and pasting job was done.
Again the water leakage problem is started from yesterday onwards.
Since i purchased because the name of TATAs but i got very bad experience.
Kindly forward or help how to go further and how to get replacement?

VOLTAS SPLIT AC — Water leaking in Ac

Respected Sir/Mam,
We have brought an Voltas Split AC on 31st march,2011. Sir, the AC is not working accordingly and its cooling is not up to the mark. Even, water is leaking from it.
we have launched a complain but no results. We have brought the AC from Bundelkhand TV Centre, Banda and is installed in ATTARA (UP) .
sir, i would requset you to see into the matter.
