[Resolved]  Voltas Vertis Gold — not work correctly

With regard to my invoice no.156. I have purchased a voltas vertis gold split 1.0 air contion dated on 9 may 2009 from COOL BIRD TRADING CO.(bp-29 pitam pura delhi 110088

few days from the day of purchase their is a gas leakage in the ac.then i have complaint this problem to their customer care with complaint no 09my292294. they solve the problem of gas leakage but after few days some problem come again. the problem occurs 4 times and the last complaint no is 09au071076 dated on 7.8.2009 . i have request them to change my air condition. firstly they do not agree to change but later on they agree but till now i have calling them daily but they do not act upon my compliant.

i request u to take need full steps regarding my complaint. and chang my both pieace of air condition(outer unit and inner unit). as soon as possible.
