[Resolved]  Voltas / Vertis Plus — complaint regarding remote and bad service

I here by state that I am Mohit Jindal and I had bought Vertis plus window AC (1.5 Tonne) of Voltas Company From M/S.GOYAL RADIOS,Sangrur City last year in the month of June,2009 on my name. The AC has worked well for one year. This year the AC is not working properly and I am facing so many problems due to this. Moreover the remote and touch screen buttons of the AC are not working well. I have approached to the Company a number of times but they did not give me any response.10MY2604813 is my complaint number.Now I am approaching to you for the same problem that I am facing from last three months. I shall be highly obliged for your kind cooperation.
