[Resolved]  Voltas Vertis Split AC .75 Ton — Poor Service,NO Installation

Dear SIr,
I bought my vertis split .75 ton a/c dated 11/4/12. And I had called the customer care centre on 19/4/12 for it's installation for split ac.They gave me the complaint number 12ap1808226 and asked me to wait for next 24 working hours.It's 25/4/12 I still have'nt got any installation services from your side.

Voltas is a reputed company and I had bought my a/c in this faith .please do the needful.
