[Resolved] Voltas / Window AC — Disorganized and Poor Service Response! | |||
Dear All Customer Service Managers, This is in regards to the Windows AC I had purchased last year,Would like to apprise you that I had made an request to your Customer Service Centre[protected] regarding the servicing of the AC and the request no. is 10MR2800800 & 10AP0602484 respectively.It's very much surprised to know that it's been 15 days have past and no one has turned-up from Servicing Department regarding the same.I would also like to comment that this is something which is very much poor,disorganized,stupid response I had recieved when it comes to providing the delivery of services to their Customers and it is totally unacceptable from my point of view that the company like VOLTAS is entertaining this. Voltas/Window AC — FREQUENT PROBLEM
Just after one a half yaer ac started givivng big and big problem.First fan motor got fail and after weeks thare is gas leakage as told by tecnician.and also telling may be require coil replecment,while it was working saisfactory during notor replecment.May i request to replace with new ac asit has either some manufacturing defect or poor quality of workmanship.
