Hi,

My Name is Vishal Aggarwal and I live at Flat No 72, Sector - 3, Pocket -A/1, Rohini. Delhi - 85.

I have not received election I Card for my wife "Anju Aggarwal" despite so many times filling up of forms and verbal assurance from people visiting from Election Commission.

Please suggest.

    I am very sorry to say that I am receiving my Identity Card on Dated 29thdec.2008 but the name of my Father is changed and my father name is---Rakesh Agarwal ---while the printed name is Rajesh Agarwal and my date of birth is absent that is 22ndMay1987 so please correct the above mentioned faults in my Identity Card No-DQB5835624.     My Voter id card was issued in 1995, but it is of no use to me because of name and address wrongly printed on the same. My name printed is SOUKH RAJ, whereas my name is SAURABH RAJ.
    The spelling of my father's name is Jitendra Narain Sinha but it is misspelt Nayaran ( need correction here also ).

    Address printed is completely different that what we are at. My correct address is
    K/435, Hanuman Nagar, Kankarbagh, Patna - 800020.

    My age is also wrongly calculated - My date of birth is 31.12.1975

    If anyone in election commission is seeing this message and there is any department who does this correction, pls do the needful and send me new voting id card on the address mentioned above.

        I am very unhappy to say that there is no any great administration and difference for me as far as electoral enrolment is concerned. I had submitted the FORM 6 two times along with all the address proofs. My current rental residential is in JAYABHAVANI NAGAR, AURANGABAD, MAHARASHTRA.

        I don’t know how many times we have to submit the same? It’s totally regret time for us.

        In the last year enrolment time in NOV-2008 I given the Form6. I tried to search my name and surprised to know that my name is not included till the date.

        Now I am going to submit fresh Form6 third time along with address proof. I really frustrated and we didn’t have so much potential to run from here to there just for getting a VOTER ID CARD.

        See I am staying in Aurangabad from past 6 years and due to lack of follow up by your electoral officers and not because of my fault I have missed the Name & VOTER ID CARD every time.

        Is it system of our great INDIAN ELECTION COMMISSION?

                    Sub: Theft of my vehicle (Bolero RJ20UA-1781) while on duty with SDM
                    Etawah Distt. Kota

                    The above said vehicle was engaged by ELECTION
                    COMMISSION OF INDIA and was in the service of SDM Etawah since
                    29/04/09. On 16/05/09 I was informed through the driver that the
                    vehicle has been stolen . As soon as I heard ,I rushed to the nearby
                    traffic office and got the message circulated through wireless to
                    control room . When enquired through driver it was told that he had
                    already intimated the incident to SDM Sahib, But when I reached
                    Nayapura police station there was no such previous information and I
                    had to lodge FIR of theft of my vehicle though it should have been
                    done by the concerned officer.

                    Sir as I met ADM (CITY) and also Distt. Collector more than 5 times, but there response is not satisfactory and I do not feel any strong action is being taken by them till today . Sir it is regret to note that a period of more than 100 days has passed but I have not received a proper response of distt. Administration .Please help me to get rid of the anxiety . You will be aware of my anxiety
                    and it is hoped that you will hear me and take immediate action .

                      I am again very unhappy to say that there is no any great news and difference for me as far as electoral enrolment is concerned. So far my name have not been included in the current voter list.I have applied for a voter card in June 2008.But still i havenot received my Votercard. submitted the FORM along with all the address proofs.                           As our election cards were not correct, we filled forms again LAST YEAR. Those cards have come back with the same mistakes. Is someone playing the fool? Is there some underhand business going on? Because when we ask for a correction & get the same mistakes again something is fishy. I have now given the corrected forms once again. This time if there is a mistake be careful.
                          Why don't you pront cards in Marathi so that at least then you will not make any mistakes. I don't expect you to understand english.

                            I have submitted application for transfer my Voters Id from earlier address, to present at:101/1b, Devratna Nagar, Swadeshi Mill Road, Chunabhatti, Mumbai-22 on 25/1/09. So far I have not recieved any intimation from the authorities.                               i got my name changed from sujatha to vijayavarnikkha in the year 2005. and i reside at g-4 Bora apartment, 52. kothaval chavady street, saidapet, chennai-15. My father name is N.EKAMBARAM, MY voter's identity card no is TN/03/014/0381406 bearing my old name sujatha and issued on 22/08/1998 The name change had been notified to the concerned authorities, and my new name is enlisted in the voter's list, but the new name is not included in the identity card. what is the procedure to change the name? shall I get a new identity card with the same id card no? or with some other identity no? How to get the same? please help me to get my identity card soon?

                                      Today 24th August 2009. I had been to the vikhroli ration card office at Vikhroli (E) mumbai, Office No. 45, for registering new ration card. But we came to know all the staff had been to the election poll duty. due to which today myself including all the other people were sent back. It was been said that the collector had called for a meeting.As people come leaving their official as well as personal work. The collector should have given the meeting schedule prior one month in hand. Sudden call of meeting creates a havoc. Even for the next day the staff are not sure whether the office will remain open.The ration office timing is Morning 10.30 to Evening 3.30. Those people who are waiting in queue, what is their mistake? Any election duty can be held after the office timing or intimate one month prior to the common people by displaying the meeting schedule.

                                      This kind of sudden meeting creates a problem for the people who take leave from office, go for a vacation etc.By such kind of thing one can know how the government takes care of the lay person.

                                      The office neither had displayed board that the office remain closed due to the election duty. People were waiting for hours, when there was a large queue one of the staff came and said that all the other staff had gone for a election duty. So no work will be done today.


                                      Kindly take a necessary step towards the above issue.What is the role of an authorised person towards the above?
