Dear Sir,

We applied for Voter ID Card ( Address:40/25, Ashtalakshmi Flats, 5th Trust Cross Street, Mandavelipakkam, Chennai - 600028. ) & all the formalities have been completed in August '08. we were informed that the Voter ID Card will be delivered before 2009 election.
Till date, every time we approach the Chennai Adayar Zonal office we get the same reply as wait for one month, we will call you and inform, if not not we will issue a now form, fill and attach the photos and will be ready in 15 days.
this process we have done 3 times before and even today we got the same reply

kindly arrange to do the needful & Request you to arrange to deliver the same at the earliest.

I have submitted the form for procuring voter's id along with address proof and photocopy of marks card well before elections, not only have i not got the id card , but also they have not included my name in the list also...
