Vriti Infocom — my reliance netconnect

my name is deepak jain i have fill a form online for reliance broadband+ a call from reliance customer care have come to me and they offer me the offer have at the time purchaces they show me one month free rental/200 rs waived off i have conformed they send me the executive on 8th of december and i have paid 3500/- for the net connect they have fill the form and given me the 1750/- per month plan with the offer of one month free rental for first month,my net connect no is [protected].on 9th i call the cusomer care for my cannection to get activation and my plan the said you have 1750/- Rs per month with 200/- Rs waived of for 12 month ,i refued that i have choosen the one month free plan ,they reply to send email to customer ,i have mail to the [protected]@reliancecare.com.and reliance care for more than 5 times and call 20 times to *355 customer care no ,i have received the first month bill i contact the customer care but i have not recived any reply and my connection is been stop so please help me out i have paid 3500/-Rs for the netconnect is lose for me so do fever
