Vriti-Interactive — Billing amount is more than what was promised to me | |||
I bought tata Photon+ net connect from Vriti-Interactive, Pune. At the time of purchasing it has been told to me that rent will be Rs 850/month including service tax for 3 months. And after that Rs 750/month including service tax for life time. But in my previous and current bill service tax is added and billing amount exceeds Rs 850. Vriti-Interactive — Tata usb sold and no activation
i Gopal Raturi Registered on the Tata Indicom Site, Get an email from a guy called Jaiparakash- Vriti-Interactive. He seems to have my e-mail ID and my telephone number and he also seems to know that I want an Tata Docomo usb net connection. I make a payment by clicking on that link provided in the email. Got confrimation the payment is succesful also and gave his phone no also[protected]. but after that no signs or responce from them. Trying to call the number provided is absolutely useless.they have given me mail id like

Now they have taken 1600 Rs. not initializing connection and even not responding through mail or phone what to do. How these type of services is doing work in India is there no authority to check and shut there store down.
