Dear sir,
I purchased a new MARUTI WAGON R LXI (Regd.No. TN 10 X 3749) on 7-7-2009,from CRESCENT AUTO REPAIRS &SERVICES INDIA PVT.LTD.CHENNAI. I am regularly used .One day I hear a sound different in the car.I received a phone call from Maruti company person immediately I inform to that person some problem in the Car.That person told me to go to Maruti dealer they will rectify the problem.So I went to Bhargavi Auto Mobiles , Tirupati and hand over the car they told me we rectify the problem, you come in the evening. In the evening I went their they are hand over the car to me at the time I am not clearly observed the sound.This is the back story of my Vehicle.
I was went to office on my vehicle on 27.11.2009.from Tirupati to Gudur and met an accident due to SEPARATION OF BACK WHEEL, while I was travelling on the PUTHALAPATU -NAIDUPET high way road near by Naidupet the back wheel struck in the small ditch of the road and AXLE WHEEL BROKEN AND IT SOMERSAULTED IN THE FIELD OF MUD ,THE CAR TILTED (UPSET). Immediately one of my friend rushed to Chennai Hospital, I wondered myself with bone fractures at my Right Leg, and Right shoulder (Broken) .I presume that there is a manufacturing defect in the vehicle it self .Hence I request you to replace the new vehicle with a compensation of Rs. 4.50 Lakes for Hospital expenses(3 lakhs and my 2 month salary(65thousand per month) and damage car transport from Naidupet to Chennai.Otherwise I will proceed for the justice legally through the court.
