DEAR I BROUGHT A CAR MARUTI WAGNOR LXI NO. RJ-14-CE-3425 FROM PREM MOTARS JAIPUR ON 20 DEC 2007 AND ALL FORMALTES LIKE INSURANCE AND REGISTRATION DONE THROUGH PREM MOTOR ON BEHALF OF MARUTI BUT NOW A DAY WHEN MY CAR HAD ACCEDENT BY TRUCK THEN YOUR INSURANCE GUY ARE DINAY TO GIVE THE CLAME AND HIS BEHEVE WITH ME VERY ROUD AND HE IS ALSO ABUSING WITH ME THAN I HAD DISCUSS WITH WORK SHOP MANAGER MR. ABHAY THEY TOLD ME WE CANT HALP YOU PLEASE REQUEST TO INSURACE GUY NOT WITH US BUT PLEASE CLEAR ME ONE THING WE HAVE DONE THE INSURANE WITH MARUTI NOT NATIONAL COZ INSURANCE GUY ARE COME FROM WITH IDENTITY OF MARUTI . I KNOW ONLY MARUTI IF THEY COME WITH ANY INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE NO PROB I DONT KNOW NATIONAL OR ITHER ANY COMPANY

RIGHT NOW MY CAR IS IN WORK SHOP OF PREM MOTERS FROM LAST TWO DAYS

Wagon R Lxi — tyre worn out 40000 KM

Dear Sir/Madam.
I have purchase the new WegnoR LXI in the month of 28 Sept.2006 from the Rohan Motor, Badarpur road Delhi. Registration No.DL3 CAD 8203
The vehicle was maintained by the authorized service station of Maruti Suzuki.
the last service and checking was carried out by the competent Motor Gazipur and in work of the details.I have requested to check and adjust the wheel balancing and alignment. The supervisor Mr. Sawran Sing was the in-charge of the work. at the time of delivery I have noticed that the vibration of the staring was still there. I have complained to Mr.Sawaran Sing (The supervisor) about the fault, and he said OK, you may please come next days and the same will be check and rectify. I have then visited the competent motor Gazipur and asked to rectify the un-attended problem of vibration of staring. The vehicle was delivered to me with comments that the problem was solved. After checking the vehicle I found the problem was not solved. then after some days I shown the vehicle to out side the market for the same problem of staring vibration and from there only I come to know that the problem was not from the mic-balancing or mic-alignment but it was due to worn out the all 4 Tyre. I have shocked how all 4 Tyre can be worn out in a such a small time and that when competent motor has charged the service/repairing for the work of complaints, and the problem was un-solved why did competent motor have not notice the problem of Tyre, and if they have noticed then why they have not informed me. This is clearly understood that it was their intention for keeping in the dark to the customer.
However the vehicle has driven only 41800KM till today at12.30 PM.
As the Tyre came along with the Vehicle and its the duty of the of the Maruti to arrange the replacement of Tyre. The Tyre is J K make ULTIMA XP
Please advise if any thing next I can do for getting the replacment of Tyre and suit file against the competent motor Gazipur.
