I WANT TO REGISTER COMPLAINT AGAINST THE SAID DEALER OF MARUTI FROM WHERE I HAD PURCHASED A WAGON R LXI (REG. NO. MP-09-CH-6418) ON 22.01.2011 (INVOICE NO. 76234 DT. 14.02.2011) BUT REGRET TO STATE THAT FOR LAST TWO MONTHS A.C. OF MY CAR STOPPED FUNCTIONING ON WHICH I APPROACHED M/S PATEL MOTORS INDORE. IN LAST TWO MONTHS I VISITED THERE 5-6 TIMES. IN FIRST TWO VISIT THEY COULD NOT DETECT WHERE THE LEAK IS ? BUT ON 23.09.2011 ( JOB CARD NO. JC[protected] THEY SOMEHOW DETECT THE LEAKAGE IN A.C. HOSE PIPE AND TOLD ME THAT IT IS TO BE CHANGED. WHEN I ASKED HOW IT LEAKED ? THEY TOLD ME THAT DONT WORRY IT IS A MANUFACTURING DEFECT AND COMES UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD. WE WILL CHANGE THE SAME FREE OF COST. ALTHOUGH THEY DID NOT GIVE ME IN WRITTEN HOWEVER I PUT A NOTE ON THEIR JOB CARD. AT THE SAME TIME THEY EXCUSED ME THAT THE PART IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH THEM BUT SOON IT WILL BE AVAILABLE. ON 18.10.2011 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM CUSTOMER CARE'S MS SNEHA(PATEL MOTORS INDORE) THAT THE A.C. HOSE PIPE IS NOW AVAILABLE. ON 19.10.2011 I LEFT MY VEHICLE AT THEIR WORKSHOP. AT AROUND 3.30 ON THE SAME DAY THEY INFORM ME TO COLLECT YOUR VEHICLE. WHEN I REACHED THERE I WAS ASKED TO PAY REPAIRING CHARGES AND COST OF REPLACED PART. WHEN I REMINDED THEIR COMMITMENT THEY FLATLY DENIED TO DELIVER MY VEHICLE. MY VEHICLE IS STILL IN THEIR POSSESSION. THERE IS NO WAY LEFT EXCEPT TO RESORT THE HON'BLE CONSUMER FORUM TO GET MY VEHICLE.
