I purchased a new MARUTI WAGON R LXI (Regd.No. TN 10 X 3749) on 7-7-2009,from CRESCENT AUTO REPAIRS &SERVICES INDIA PVT.LTD.CHENNAI. Mouses entering the car
I am owning a Wagon R Lxi April 2008 Model. The biggest problem I am facing is that mouses are entering into my car. I had discussed the problem with nearby workshop, where I was told that this is a common problem in Maruti Cars. I was advised to switch internal circulation mode on as these mouses could enter from AC duct, which I was already following. Now the problem is that every time I open my car there are mouse excreta sloshed around...

My repeat complaint of reverse gear shifitng tight - and OD gear shifiting tight
Dear manufactures,
am purchased a wagon r lxi from ur keral dealer last year
from that day onwards am repeating the same complaint - gear shifing tight, some time gears not properly engauging in reverse gear and od gears,
when am gone for ur dealer for this complaints they do some thing in gear shiftes two time in clutch play adjusting etc...
in my last service am again complainted...
am purchased a wagon r lxi from ur keral dealer last year

problem during services at kapoor motors
Sir I drove my car up32 bh 1005 in to kapoor motors kanpur road lucknow on 27-07-08 for normal services and complete washing and i bieng Chartered Accountant was busy with closing of 31 jully hence i went to pick my car on 3rd of august 08, I took the car out and drove the out upto home mere 3 km from kapoor motors and found that power stering is not working properly which was quite okay when I took the car to service on 27th july 2008....
