[Resolved]  WEP — 800VA Home UPS not responding for the service call after warranty period

My Complaint No:[protected] in WeP which i have logged 28.07.2012 for 800 VA Home UPS out of warranty.

Since i have called many times to the customer care and they will say an executive will contact me, after sometime someone will be calling and ask which city is near to me and say will call back you shortly.

This was happening for these days no response at all, even if i call to any WeP service center they insist me to buy a new UPS because WeP doesnot support service after warranty.

Since in Tamilnadu there is heavy power cut, in my home i got a child and he cant sleep without fan and also heavy mosquitoes. For the past twenty days i haven't slept peacefully, we are suffering a lot.
