My Complaint No:[protected] in WeP which i have logged 28.07.2012 for 800 VA Home UPS out of warranty.
Since i have called many times to the customer care and they will say an executive will contact me, after sometime someone will be calling and ask which city is near to me and say will call back you shortly.

I have a WEP Laser Printer series 1600. There is some problem with the printer, when i took it to the dealer from where Purchased he told Paper feeder is faulty. When I asked him to ask company person to check it, he said company has stopped the manufacturing of this product, so company dont have its peripherals & also charged me 250 Rupees.
