[Resolved]  WEP — Service Problem

I have a WEP Laser Printer series 1600. There is some problem with the printer, when i took it to the dealer from where Purchased he told Paper feeder is faulty. When I asked him to ask company person to check it, he said company has stopped the manufacturing of this product, so company dont have its peripherals & also charged me 250 Rupees. This printer was in Waranty at the time this problem occured, also i called Customer care but no one responded. I request you to please check into thuis matter soon
