[Resolved] Western Digital — fraud in case of hard disk | |
I purchased a hard disk from Direct Advantage Shop at Nehru Place, Delhi on 18th march'2009 . It stopped working recently and when I applied for warranty I did not get it. It was due to fault at the end of Western Digital Company. i contacted them , but they have been telling me work will be done in 2 days and now it has been more than 2 months. This reply gets repeated every time without any action. Some boby needs to take up the company for their custmer enemy behaviour.
