[Resolved] Western Digital — Not giving replacement for hard disk | |||||
Hi i have purchased western digital wireless hard disk 2 weeks back. It was not powering on. So i send it to western digital for rma. After 10 days i got call from their excecutive, that hard disk is water damage and will not cover under warranty. I never taken hard disk out of my house so how it got water damage.
