this is in context to my complaint posted on this site on 18/11/2010,
very bad response from the WD people I am calling them and they are keeping my calla on hold and giving assurance that I will receive my Hard Disk in 3-4 days , month has passed and i called them 8-9 times.last time when i called they told me your HDD has been despatched and they gave me a shipment number of Aramex courier and told me to track the parcel and they are not responsible after the parcel has been dispatched and it is between Aramex and me .
I think this has gone too far , if any body knows the forum or podium where i can complaint to some authorities please let me know on my email.
