[Resolved]  Western Digital — worst after sales

this is in context to my complaint posted on this site on 18/11/2010,
very bad response from the WD people I am calling them and they are keeping my calla on hold and giving assurance that I will receive my Hard Disk in 3-4 days , month has passed and i called them 8-9 times.last time when i called they told me your HDD has been despatched and they gave me a shipment number of Aramex courier and told me to track the parcel and they are not responsible after the parcel has been dispatched and it is between Aramex and me .
I think this has gone too far , if any body knows the forum or podium where i can complaint to some authorities please let me know on my email.

I have asked for help having purchased the above. The final email that I received after a cursory initial response is an extremely poor response to a customer. As i work in the industry I find it arrogant and dismissive. If you seriously want to retain a customer I think that you do need to review your approach. I am now left with a machine that is not fit for purpose. The email is cut in below.
