Respected Sir, I Have bought WD My Passport 1tb hard disk on[protected]. Now my hard drive is not working. It's not detected even after formatting it. Please send me the procedures to get the replacement for my drive or send me the WD service center/customer care contact no. in chennai. Kindly make it soon , as i have to leave to U.S. next month. Western Digital — RMA for hdd
My hdd is having lot of bad sectors, i checked it with Data lifeguard diagnostics. Its still under guarantee. I want to send it for replacement.
