hello, i am dinesh.actually i sent a hard disk to western digital for replacement on 9/8/2010.but they are not ready to send back my hard disk to me.They always telling me we'll send you your hard disk since one & half months.My RMA No. is 82084083. kindly do needfull for me. thanks. Hi All,
I have same issue with them, RMA case was logged on19th Aug 2010, no one came to collect my 500 HDD so I went & subimitted that on 28th Aug 2010 but today is 21st Sept 2010 & I havn't get my unit beck.
I am trying their Helpline No.[protected] for last one week they put me on 1 hr hold & no one picked the phone.
My RMA No. = 82113379
