[Resolved] Western Digital — Bad Service | |||
I have purchased a Western Digital (WD) Hard Disk from a Retailer. The company provides free pick up service if there is defect. I Have purchased this Hard Disk on 17th July, 2010 and found a Problem, so i registered for Replacement. The RMA No. is 82117470, I called the customer care thrice and was informed that the Hard Disk will be collected in next 24 hours but it has already passed more than 72 hours. Moreover whenever the call is made to customer care in day time the call is on waiting for more than an hour. The company is not giving a proper service. Was this information helpful? | |||
