Western Digital — bad service for replacement

i have a harddrive of western digital which i had purchased 6 months ago , i had faced a problem in hardrive and i register a complaint on western digital's website and 21st of augest 2011 was picking date , but till today 5-9-2011 i got no one , no phone , no call . dont know what to do , problem is my harddrive is still not working .
