HARD DISK NOT REPLACED

I SENT THEM HARD DISK TO REPLACE BUT THEY REFUSED SAYING THAT IT WAS RESTED THIS IS REALITY THAT THERE WAS NOT RUST ON IT. THAT WAS JUST BROWN COLOR SINCE MY CABINATE IS BROWN. DETAILS: S/N : WCAV2F375990 RMA NO: 84661538
