Western Digital — Harddish is under warranty and then also company is not replacing the product | |||
I bought one western digital harddish from 2 year ago with 3 year warranty. Now, i harddish is creating problem and when i tried to launch the complain for repair of harddish to Western Digital Service centre. They denied and said that my product serial number does not exist in their database and hance they won't replace the harddish. I have the original bill of the same product and i bought that product from a authorised dealer. scanned copy of original bill and the harddish barcode is attached with the mail. i had a similar issue i sent the copy of my bill to [protected]@microland.com and they updated the warranty for me.
