I brought one western digital harddisc from janavary 2012 Now, i harddisc is creating problem and when i tried to launch the complain for repair of harddisc to Western Digital Service centre. They denied and said that my product serial number does not exist in their database and hance they won't replace the harddisc.
I have the original bill of the same product and i bought that product from a authorised dealer.
