[Resolved]  Westside — service

no complains about the sales services they are one of the best. but i dono why they have problems with the after sales support. they somehow convince me to buy a westside membership card. i did. and now they allow me to make purchases and addup to the cards points. but they have taken time dispaching the membership card. its 9months now. now i have changed my addres, mobile no. and also requested them to change that in there database(4months back) but they don do it. neither do i get the card nor do they change the requested info. ya they make good promises. i have reduced purchasing there. i want my problm to be addressed.

I HAVE APPILED FOR WESTSIDE MEMERBSHIP CARD (Associate Classics) IN JULY-2008 in Mani square mall, Kolkatta outlet.
& I HAVE PAID MEMERSHIP AMT FOR THER SAME NEAR BY (RS 174 APPROX ) FEES FOR MEMBERSHIP.
TILL THE DATE I DONT RECEIVED ANY MEMBERSHIP CARD FOR THE SAME . ITS BEEN 10 MONTHS TO GO…..

AGAIN, I INTIMATE TO WESTSIDE SHALIMAR BAGH DELHI STORE FOR THE SAME & MADE A COMPLIANT .

STILL, I DONT GET ANY CARD FOR THE SAME .IT PUTS BAD IMPRESSION TO THE CUSTOMER & TO ME ITSELF.ALTHOUGH I STOP PURCHASING FROM THE WESTSIDE STORE (RAJOURI GARDEN ) BCOZ OF THIS DISPUTE / IMPRESSION.

KINDLY DO THE NEEDFULL FOR THE SAME.

Do you think the customer care of westside really cares about the complaints which we are wasting our time in writing...
I am a member of wesyside, due to an unfortunate incident my cash and wallet were stolen. i registered the complaint and have an FIR dated 6th August 2010. due to this incident I lost all my cards. I registered a request for a duplicate card on 14th August at West Side Andheri west infinity mall, i was told that i should collect the card after 1 month. Fine.
on sepetember 9th I go to collect the card, they could not find it, they said they will send an urgent request and rewrote my name and address in the complaint book.
i go again on 22nd september, the scene is the same, the attendant Mr. siddharth says he will call the head office the next day as it was closed for Ganpathi, and asks me to call and find out.
i call the next day only to be told that it is the weekly off of Mr. siddarth, mr prathemesh attended to my call at 6.00pm on 23th September and promised to find out and call back immediately, it is 22.52 oçlock on 23th september and i am still waiting for the cal!!!
I know that i have points on the card but i cannot redeem the same without the card, so who cares... certainly not the so called customer care department.
i wonder if the head office will repond to my delimma.

I had done done shopping more than 2000/- in the Westside located in Expressway Avenue in Chennai, for which they gave me a scratch Card.
Accordingly i sent the message to 5676735 and got message that i have typed wrong code. I have done repeatedly and got the same message.The Message i got from ur center was " Sorry we are unable to acept your participation for Mega priza -BMW CAR. The code typed by you is incorrect. please try again."
When i scratch the card i got the no. as AB363421 and i send the message like this.
WSC AB363421 to 5676735.
please check it out and if possible make my scratch nos. to your list manually .

Westside process is so lengthy…I went there…purchased stuff on which I get 500 /- gift card that I can use on next purchase….now look at this I purchased it at one cash counter…had to wait 15 minutes to get my turn when only one person was ahead of me (they are so slow), at my turn the person processed the purchase sent me to another cash counter at the other corner of the store to use get the gift card…..when I went there received my card, went to third cash counter to use the card….again the slowest person ever took 20 minutes to process it (just one purchase).
After, I wanted to give my pants (just purchased) for alterations, I was pointed towards the security guy, when I went there, he asked me to call one of the sales girls, after getting hold of one, gave her details and she promised me that it will be done next eve. my husband went to pick up my pants after 7 days…yes, we didn't get time so he went there on 8th day and got the pants back, only to find that there were untouched……made me sooo mad….why do you offer service if you can't keep it up….why do you open so many branches when you don't mean to respect your customers.
by the way, the above incident happened in Westside store at Hughes Road, South Mumbai.
worst brand in listening the customer complaints.
Nobody is replying to neither to phone nor to mail

its better they should delete the 'Contact us' from there website.
i have purchased bag from this store and all the leathers are coming.
this type of conditioned does not happend with bag of rs 200.
and they are costing it 1300. so i suggest not to buy bag from this WESTSIDE store.
nobody is listening to u also.after picking the phone they are disconnecting it.

worst customer service i have experienced, all CHEATERS from top to bottom... never gonna visit westside again
I have had a NIGHTMARISH EXPERIENCE at Westside, Hughes Road. I had picked up clothes from the ongoing sale period and headed to the billing counter. When trying to pay, they found the tags on the clothes were wrong. When I tried to tell the management to sort out the issue and stop labeling the clothes wrong, they ACCUSE me of changing the tags (as if its even possible). Its a brilliant excuse to come up for your shortcomings. And after that, the way the staff behaved is inexcusable. They tell me to honestly CONFESS that I changed the tags as if I am some HARDENED CRIMINAL or a CHEAT. When you try talking rationally to them, they just want to yell "ALL TAGS CHANGED" repeatedly in front of the entire store. When you just give up on them and try to leave, they will follow you to baggage claim and tell the watchman "MAKE SURE YOU CHECK PROPERLY AND DON'T LET SUCH PEOPLE ENTER" Is this the way you talk to customers? I take it as a BLOW TO MY DIGNITY.

I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED IN MY LIFE.

This is Raviteja from Bangalore having membership in west side (WOW[protected]. I'm very much frustrated with your Men's Attire that I purchased at westside Chennai. I raised complaint at Chennai westside but no proper quality. My shirt/T-shirt are getting torn in single wash. I've got replacements having poor quality again. I'm very much dissatisfied for the T-shirt which I put on my birthday.Going forward I'd never buy any attire. I'd throw your membership card on your face at Chennai Westside in vadapalani forum mall. I'll raise a case against you in consumer court or I'll upload my bad experiences in all social websites, tell my colleagues not buy from west side. Go to hell and do what ever you want. Instead I'll buy from other brands where I've not faced this problem

Finally I felt like road side dresses are much more better than the dresses in westside (Reasonable quality at less price). That is your quality rating imagine your brand value

This time i have experienced the the worst product quality and im highly disappointed i bought a heels from westside 20 days ago and have wore them just thrice and the condition of heels is worst as if you are using it from years its too expensive and still the product quality is too bad i want some action to be taken ASAP im not writing this complaint just for the sake of writing i want my complain should be taken care of i dont know you guyz replace it or do watsoever you have to do but i need some action should be taken and resolve it asap or else i can carry forward this complain to another higher level, im a regulrar customer of your outlet i had never had any such issue but this time pls make sure take some action or within few days if i will not get any response for this i will carry forward it to nxt higher level then its my hard earned money i cant waste it on such degraded products .thank you

Pathetic when it comes to the etiquette// I visited westside lucknow at wave, and took pair of white sneakers pricing 1699... But I was asked for 1855 .when I asked him how come, he said including taxes, I am still wondering which tax includes more dan 150 rs. . Without passing ne the info that the card is chargeable he issued me d card and added dat amount to my bill... Really disappointed
