Dear sir,
We are not getting any response from Whirlpool,
i have sent several reminders to higher authorities, No response.
I purchased a refrigerator vide model no. 9095 sr. no. [protected] vide chasis no. INA[protected] comp. no. QB73C16GAX5 , five yr old. refrigerator double door 310 ltr.
But from the begining i have been facing many problems with it.
•Its door buzzer allways keeps running non stop (Beeping Continously).
That time I called ur service engineer many number of times from sector 16 A service centre,Faridabad. Two and half yrs back i called up once again for improper cooling , he came and took my refrigerator to their workshop and told me that its PCB (Kept near compressor) is not working. and then charged a high amount for repairing.
Then again for the last one yr , I am facing problems, its upper portion was working and lower portion was not working. I called them up again and found that the service centre does not exists there now .
Then i called some other technician and he told me that its PCB ( No. 8929 Essar Electronics A[protected]) is not working and this will be repaired. After that he told me that there exists some problem of choking and hence he charged up the gas .but the problem still remained the same .then I called up someone else and he told me its PCB will be replaced.
I tried to contact many people in order to replace this , But every one told me its PCB is now not coming.
Your organisation at Faridabad has also refused to repair it.
My family is facing lots of problems without the refrigerator for the last one yr.
I can never advice a whirlpool product to any of my friends or family now, after such a painstaking experience.
I just want to know what is my mistake if the company has stopped manufacturing it's components?
Should i use this fridge now just to serve as an almirah?Or should i think that the sum of 22000/- that i invested in this refrigirator were spend uselessly over a useless package of refrigirator ?
The co. can not ignore it's negligence at this point of time and harrass it's consumers.
The co. is forcing me to approach the consumer court ...in this case .Because, this is beyond the patience level of a consumer.
Hope you urself being a consumer will understand the sentiments and problems involved
and will resolve it to the best of your efforts.

Whirlpool — AC not repair in one month time
AC not repair for almost one moth , its under AMC , Bad customer service , its same on whirlpool , i am not going to buy any products
