[Resolved]  Whirlpool Of India Ltd — Cheating

Hey consumers,


I would just like to warn you people i[censored] r planning or i[censored] ever plan to buy any products from whirpool..

Whirpool of india or say whirpool of anywhere is a fraud company.... their prodcuts and services r worst u can find.. and they cheat people around wid their big claims

Even their contact information mentioned in the documents r not correct as i have been trying to send mails to their email id but all comes bounced back.. Lodging complaint over phone is always unheard..

I bought a microwave and from the day one its having problem.. Such a foolishness i did that after investing in their third grade product i bought their home care plan too..

Their installation person convinced that whirpool gives best services and i[censored] have home care plan immidiately ur machine is either repaired or if the prob is bigger and takes more then two days they replace old machines wid new ones..

ya for the first time when the machine first was out of order that is within two days of purchase they took the home care plan money and also replaced the microwave
but that too has not been working from last 1.5 years.. and as this is a home appliances my wife (a old lady) used to call them frequently but u won;t beleive certain times this whirpool customer care can even talk rough wid womens..

I m yself has been chasing them from last two four months but wid fail. I would like to warn you all before buying any whirpool product .. PLEASE BE AWARE DON:T GET CHEATED BY THIS FRAUD COMPANY AS I HAVE BEEN.

OR else u would find ur hard earned money gone waste and u will be left wid a third grade product of no use

THATS Called MAGICARE doing magic and fooling people

We would like to state that we are highly dissatisfied with your customer service and ur product performance

we bought a microwave omodel no - 8952-Magicook 25c Treat and uring demo at ur residence ur service people asked to AMC
which we took instatntly. After using theproduct we found it was not working properly hence made a complain and ur service people changed the machine and upgraded the model to 30C.

Till this everything was good abt ur service and company. Now after opening the box we found that as said on the box Cake tray and grill was not inside it. We made several telephonic complains to ur chennai service office but for few days they said its not in stock they would deliver as soon as they get the stock. then after two months they starting saying they won;t give anything and even talked roughly wid us. Thats what we experienced from ur product , its service back up and ur company.

And what to do now wid this experience wid ur service inspite of having problems wid ur product and having the amc wid u -- people at my home don;t call u for repair and service. Its still having problem wid ur microwave.

Thirdly as claimed by you in letter sent from ur office regarding the amc plan u promised that your service people would be visiting us on fixed dates in three years -- None has visited till date for your information

Fourthly I feel chaeted by your greta acclaim of customer service and good product.. My money has gone in drain it seems

Fifthly, i[censored] cannot give proper service backup or cannot refund my money back ,, atleast do me a favour take back your product for absolutely FREE ....... and just please let us know when ur people will come to take delivery so that we can give them a warm welcome and a big thanks for everythign we experienced wid you
