I have been using the services of White Tiger Drycleaners at D Block, South City II, Nirvana Country, Gurgaon, for about 1 ½ years. The services have been satisfactory until now.
I had given few clothes for dry-cleaning vide receipt no #1052 dated 06/09/2012 for 8 pieces & Bill no #1084 dated 10/09/2012 for 6 pieces.
To my shock, I find that the color of my brand new red and black kurti has run black color all over the red kurti. The person, Ramesh who came to deliver the clothes, did not even have the audacity to inform me that one of my clothes has been spoilt. I am paying for dry-cleaning services and not laundry. Instead of accepting their mistake, they have the audacity to deny damaging my clothes.
I am apprehensive to give any clothes to White Tiger in future after my experience with them.
I request the Company to contact the said franchise and demand an explanation. I am terribly disappointed with the services.
