wi5 broadband is the fraud company that has been cheating many of its customers...the internet connection is dead for almost 7 days til now that is frm 18jun13 and the date today is 24th jun13 . still the problem is not resolved by them..and when i visited the city office at medavakkam they are sitting very cool and sleeping..none of the workers over there are doing there jobs.they don't care for ther customers. for most of the days the connection is not available..these frauds are so keen in getting money..but we cusomers are being cheated with no internet connection for atleast 10-15 days a month...i kindly request consumer care to help me in taking necessary action against this fraud broadband services..
