[Resolved] Wickedleak - Wammy Note — Faulty Wammy Note

I bought the wickedleak wammy note 5 inch, after 2 days of receiving the device the screen goes totally blank, I searched any of the service center of wicked leak but seems there is no service center has been opened near by Delhi/NCR region. when i contacted to wickedleak support, they ask me to sent the device through courier, I paid the courier charges as well, plus the insurance charges of the device which is again too high. now for repairing my new device wicked leak asking the extra amount 3500. How anyone can pay this amount for a branded new device. even the device is in warranty period.

Another complain is, Company is posting only the +ve comments testimonials on their website, When I tried to post my testimonial, support team is reviewing that & denying to put on their testimonial portal. as per any testimonial portal guidelines any one has the rights to post their comment. just because of this, all testimonial posted on their website is with only +ve comments, all -ve comments they are not even posting. they are showing the falsy image to all customers which all visiting their website.

If require I can post the mail chain which I have to repair my wammynote with wickedleak support team.

Was about to order one today when i came across this complaint. Di you finally get it repaired and did they take the 3500?

I also purchased wickedleak product wammy athena with order ID 1299. First they told me wrong about their free pick-up service and later when I faced problem with the touch-screen I had to courier it by after spending 600 Rs and they directly told that you have to bear the cost as per company policy. (I can explain all their tricks but it will be very long so cant do it in here please visit this Facebook page I have created to aware customers about wickedleak tricks and compiling all customer complaints :- https://www.facebook.com/pages/wickedleak-exposed/[protected]). Than they asked me to pay 1000Rs (which was the repair cost 2 months back now it looks like they have increased it to 3200 Rs) and even after that they didn't repair my tablet. When they returned the tablet the charger and the OTG cable was not present and the tablet was not working. when I asked them about it they stopped responding. Now my 14k+2K Rs is wasted. Be aware of these kind of fake companies.

Today I got a call from them saying that they are going to put some legal notice. I thought of laughing at them and I disconnected because I dont want to waste my time talking to these guys. I have all the proofs of their false hopes and claims. Umapathi please have patience and let them file a complain and we will have our way to proof them wrong.

I purchased Wammy Note 3 before 2 year, it was worked for only 6 month then it was not able to charge, not repair by them, written more than 100 mails for free pickup and drop service agreement but didn't receive any reply from their side.

They are just cheating public by selling damage Chinese phone, they are purchasing phones in bulk from china which are not even tested.

We must file complaint against them.
