Respected Sir,
This is to draw your attention to one of the most serious matters in our society i.e. about Liquor/Wine shop which is open from more then 10 Years, in one of the shop of Shree Nagari Society, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune – 411014
With all my due respect I have received a concern from Society Member and we are writing this letter to bring it to your knowledge about a Liquor/Wine shop in our area (Shree Nagari Society, Wadgaon Sheri, Pune – 411014) and it is very disturbing for all the residents of the area. It is promoting the use of liquor among youngsters which is very dangerous for society. Being a good citizen our moral values do not allow us to have such a shop in our area. (We have Maximum fight of people after consuming liquor, Nuisance in Locality, Society Ladies feel unsecure to pass by, the area is filthy and dirty all time, Children are getting addicted. It is all more undesirable near the School area, very often in people found in drunken state are standing and using abusive language, it is affecting children and hazardous for girls student passing by)

First of all the starting of any commercial activity in a residential colony is banned by law and secondly, this liquor shop has attracted our young children and the customer of this shop are increasing rapidly that is the matter of grave concerns for all parents. Our children are being addicted to alcoholic liquid and wasting their time and health in unethical activities. I request you on behalf of the society to take a serious action on this issue as it is not promoting anything good among society. I expect that you will take our concern under your consideration and will take a serious action as soon as you can. We shall be really grateful to you. Thanking you

One of bear shop in noida sec -110 near bhangel market and near sarkari deshi sarab theka.
Bear wine shop taking more price on extra price have taken 10 rs more and do battmiji. Yogi g kindly help this is not perfect in your state.

After purchase during payment shop owner asked me atm pin. I said give me machine i ll press my atm but i cant share atm pin. Then wine shop owner shouted me and said take from other shop. When government do many advertisements for not sharing atm pin who the hell is he for asking our atm pins.

I took 7 bottles of kingfisher beer for 190/- per bottle + 2 bottles of royal premium whisky 650 /- per bottle from the shop .
Against the + 70% corona,
They people took more extra from the tax
7 beers = 1330
2 whiskey = 1300

But the right price after tax would be

7 Beers = 1309
2 whiskey = 1122

This is too wrong in these severe times.

Discovery wine shop sector 9 (Near petrol pump) selling liquor more than mrp.

When i asked he started abusing me and also didn't provide the register no.

M/s bhavani wines, m/s sri wine park in nacharam were selling all the brands of alcohol above mrp rates on 17.12.2019 for the old stock. Telangana government increase the prices on the liquor on 18.11.2019 that will applicable to new stock only. But the wine shops are selling the old stock with new prices. When we ask about that they are saying we will sell like that only and said i[censored] want you can do anything. Here the public money is going into the wine shops and not to the government. Kindly go through it and help me.

I want to specially complain on the wine shops in and around manikonda.
The one which is opposite to prerana hospital.. I dont know how these guys get the perission to open them right opposite a temple and hospital and also there are two schools gowtham model school & triveni school which are not more than 100 steps away from the shop. This shop is at the bus stop actually and manikonda being very nearby residential area to it hubs, most of the working women has to passby this way / wait in the stops for catching autos and buses.
The most horrible thing is we cant even rely on the autos at the place as ther stand exactly near the wines shops. Please help us. Now that everyone is talking about disha's case. Liquor is the primary reason for this incident... Not the polics action, not t priyanka ignorance... Please help and take action on this wine shop

The Baba wine shop in bazarpeth Badlapur, Dist -Thane. Maharashtra is charging two rupees more than MRP on every bottle of liquor. Besides they charge nine rupees more on every bottle quarter, half or full if payment is done by credit or debit card. Earlier many times complained the shop keeper about the same issue but still they used to overcharge the goods. Please look into matter and do the needful . Thanks ...

They are selling duplicate or mix type of wines... Tastes too poor means not like wine, Just like acid type of smell...very bad ...when I told him that your wine is not a original wine...he replied me' go and do what can you do, nothing will happen to me' and my Shop...and abused me'so many times... please take a step for these duplicate or mixing wines and not having good with a customer... please do something sir...

With above mentioned subject this is to bring in your kind notice that the wine shop keeper are extra charge rs.10 to rs.100 from the mrp on every bottled in ghitorni metro station delhi.
Please look into the matter personally and break the corruption

At Alikam village, srikakulam, wine shop(near kappala banda) marchent throwing plastic waste and garbage in our land(belong in Vadada Chandra rao), It provides that the occupier shall be responsible for the safe and environmentally sound handling of
such substances generated in his establishment. The hazardous waste generated shall be sent to a recycler or reuser or reprocessor registered or should be disposed off in a disposal facility.

Wine shop :1756 near to arasan theatre podanur - coimbatore. Women’s can’t walk freely and heavy traffic jam due to sale in wine shop black. We can’t live normal life in this area due to security issue. I will post picture then u will understand. Higher official include in this shop licenece that y they are freely running shop. Politician and top bureaucrats can do anything with there power means as public we can do only complain. But politician and burea enjoy there power public want to suffer

आम्ही शिवम सोसायटी, शिव साई लेन, पिंपळे सौदागर मधले रहिवासी आहोत. आमच्या सोसायटी जवळ लक्ष्य वाईन शॉप आहे. इकडे मद्यपान विक्री होते. दुकान मालकाने दुकान बाहेर अनधिकृत शेड केले आहे. त्यामुळं तिकडे भरपूर गर्दी होते आणि रहदारीस त्रास होतो. रात्री उशिरापर्यंत दुकान सुरु असते आणि बरीच लोक बेकायदेशीर शेड मध्ये दारू पितात.
शॉपमुळे रस्त्यावर अस्वच्छता खूप वाढली आहे . बॉटल्स, प्लास्टिक ग्लास आणि इतर कचरा जमलेला दिसतो. जाता येता बायकांना आणि लहान मुलांना घाबरायला होत. शेड असल्यामुळे बरेच लोक बसून राहतात आणि मद्यपान करतात. सोसायटीच्या भिंतीवर लघवी करतात. बायकांकडे घाण नजरेनं बघतात. कार, रिक्षामध्ये बसून चाळे चालु असतात.
आम्ही तुम्हाला विनंती करतो की लवकरात लवकर कारवाई करा आणि अनधिकृत शेड काढून आम्हाला ह्या त्रासापासून मुक्त करा.

This request regarding to wine shop in the village and the village name is bollapalli it is in martur mandal in prakasam district, andhrapradesh.
The wine shop is located near to highway at bollapalli tollplaza and many people are die due to taking licker. Most of the people and sourndings villages took alcohol at that wine shop, so many families comes on road and children's loss his/her father at younger age due to died because of taking overdose alcohol.
When the wine shop established at bollapalli village, many families getting problems and after established this wine shop, drinkers percentage was increased and people are dieing.
If it is licensed wine shop or not what ever can you please stop this wine shop and please save bollapalli and surrounding villages from that village.

This is to bring to your kind notice that a wine shop is located quite opposite to yousuf guda bus stop yesterday i perches ed 2 budweiser beer bottles one beer bottle mrp 130rs so total amount 260rs its come the wise shop peoples when i give my debit card they swiped 266rs my debit card they are chaging 2% extra on total bill amount
I asked him why u r charging 2% extra amount they telling me i[censored] paid through card 2% extra compulsory

Same they are charging every costumer same like this only

So my request is that please look at this issue consult department

Tack a action against them

We are residents of aravindra nagar colony, domalguda, hyderabad.

Our apartment are in the close vicinity of indira park and ntr satdium.in the recent years three wine and bars shops have opened on the main road which is causing a lot of inconvenience to the walkers and specially during the evenings. Woman and children are feeling uncomfortable with the drunken people obstructing the way.

I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action and shift them to a non residential locality.

This is public knowledge that in whole o[censored]ttrakhand, no wine shop issues any kind of cashmemo or bill. They are all, in collusion with the administration or some authorities. You walk over to any wine shop and 100%not goimg to get any memo for your purchase. Also you will be over charged.
This is not new & there since soo many years... Who is this over charged money going to. Why this is not checked and stopped. Why like any other business they are exempt from issuing cashmemos.

Hello iam from dehradun. There is a wine shope near ballupur chowk on left side.He is charging extra money on every bottle of beer whiskey or anything and mibehave with customers also.. He always taking extra money.. Please take a serious action against him...This think happened only in india.. Why we people are silent...Raise your voice for this things also...

Respected, sir a F. L. shopkeeper charges more than M.R.P.on every wine and doesn't provide cash bill to customer his address is NARIAL BAZAR. P.O MADHUBANI. DIST MADHUBANI BIHAR PIN 847211. Pls take a necessary action against him....

We the residents of 17 main road request the authorities to close the wine shop
located in 17th main 3rd block rajajinagar Bangalore (within 100mtrs of ESI Hospital Rajajinagar)
since there are creating a nuisance by quarreling each and every day, shouting, smoking
the police are helpless, please help us

Sir in attapur,HYD area all wine shops are selling more that mrp price, if anybody ask about this they are saying this extra amount will go to police dept. please take action against this.
