I win a prize from Microsoft/MSN Lottery. But your bank has claimed a transfer amount. I am a poor man and I have no any capacity to deposit the amount. I already declared that the prize amount deposit in my account after deduct the C.O.T.I will not further claim the COT amount. So please do needful.
