I Jyoti Kumar had applied for withdrawl of my PF amount in the month of March 08. The acknowledgement receipt was
received by your office on 27th August 08, but till date no action has been taken over the case.

Request you to please enquire about the matter and do let me know the present status of my A/C and tentative date
by which it will get transferred to my account.
